We always go here for our propane. Aubrey is a very nice gentleman working the register. They do smog tests as well and if you get a coupon out of the local paper it makes them one of the cheapest places in town. I saw some other negative reviews and I'm honestly not sure what they were talking about. They always treat us well there.

I work in a lunch box and I carried propane there; I had to wait up to 30 minutes to recharge. Terrible service, the employees are very slow, especially Deyvid, he is the coolest of all; It has already been reported several times, but it seems to the owner; He doesn't mind losing customers. Also, the machine is programmed to charge more. I always paid more than $100 for my 20-gallon tank. Since I switched to charging elsewhere, I never spend more than $80 for the same tank.

It would've been convenient to pull into the one side, but there was a Charger just sitting there doing nothing, so then I was like, dude, seriously? Fine. I drove by the Charger and turned around to go to the other side, which of course means that when I'm done, I'll have to turn around again to exit where I need to. What a day.[Update to Shell's response]lol. It's just a funny narrative. You're doing great.

Just smogged my car. In & out in 10 minutes. Only $48 for my vehicle. Been getting our cars smogged here for many years. Service folks are always friendly & professional.

Normally provides satisfactory customer service, however the old cashier with scraggly beard refused me service through the window when the pandemic was first accelerating (he didn't wear a mask either). Additionally, the Marlboros are very fairly priced but do not taste genuine at all and give a slightly painful sensation to my lungs.

In and out in 10 minutes. Very reasonable price from a STAR Certified Smog and Repair shop. Staff knowledgeable and no superfluous chat. Results transmitted to DMV after 2 hours.

The pump was running extremely slow. Over 15 minutes to pump 10 gallons of high-test. Told their mechanic who shrugged and said talk to the cashier. Told the cashier and he said they had some problems but was pumping full amount of fuel. While waiting I hear a noise and it had not shut off, fuel was running down side of car and on to the driveway. Cashier just shrugged and was unconcerned. Told the cashier I called the weights and measures and they came out and checked the pump that afternoon. Was OK then as they probably reset it. Poor attitude and I had to deal with fuel smells on the car after having to wash it again (had just been hand washed) and smelled up the garage for several days. The car is a roadster that I exhibit at car shows and rallies so I hate to have damage to it.

The smog test was good. The coupon was no longer used ( 11/24/2021) but the price was still good. No mask was used with all employees there.

Great service and very helpful. They get you in and out and make sure you understand everything on your smog results. Would definitely recommend to others.
