My dad had a storage here and I went to pay his bill. He was terminally ill due to malpractice at Central Valley Specialty Hospital but they wanted Court papers and a signature from my dad which he was unable to do. That's why he made me POA and I felt like besides my paperwork they just wanted to sell E179 storage for auction.

Susie and Andrew were so nice and welcoming. The front office is beautiful and they have everything you need to pack and store belongings safely, even locks! Susie was great with explaining everything to me and gave a nice tour of the facilities, helping with the keypad entry and exit. The facilities are spotless and the rental unit is very clean and well lit. Thank you!

Units are clean and safe. Property is always clean. They keep it maintained. Employees are really great. They have push carts to aid in moving your stuff.

Very polite customer service. Unfortunately they couldn't provide a storage solution to my specific need, however the employee talking to me over the phone actually went out of his way to think of an alternative solution.

Andrew is a rockstar at this place. Really great customer service and help me get my place. Not sure why storage spaces can be so limited but I got lucky and really worked it out for a long term contract. The space is clean and I got the unit on the inside without temp control. So far pretty good experience. I also referred my sister for a larger unit which worked out for her as well.

I like the storage but the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the code to enter is wayyyyy to long and it’s just a pain in the butt to memorize. I guess it’s for a reason though. Iono.
