Ricardo is the man. He told me everything I need to know. Was just looking for a little more bass and he could’ve upsaled me but I told him that my system already sounds pretty good so he sold me a product based on what I told him I was looking for and installed it same day. And he nailed it. Very professional. Anyone in need of a system definitely come here. Thanks again Ricardo.

Eric and Greg gave me excellent service ! I have done business with sound encounter's for so many years and I have always received excellent quality service. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers, they give you 100% honesty and quality service. I wouldn't go anywhere else because they are the best in town. You won't regret doing business with such an honest, professional, and friendly business. The owner and staff are awesome! Thank you Sound Encounter for always taking excellent care of my vehicles and in the old days my home entertainment systems as well as installing cameras. There are very few businesses likes yours nowadays, friendly, quality service, and honesty!

I came in for a system for my car and got excellent customer service. The installation took about 3 hours but I was very pleased with the product and how it looked once completed. I highly recommend Sound Encounters if you're looking to install a stereo system.
