I explained to customer service that yall violated our contractual agreement. You did not provide the service I was paying for always had my bill messed up, etc. I received a collection notice. So I WILL be seeing t mobil in court.

Yesterday I went in for a phone and watch upgrade and to add a line and watch with an upgrade as well. The three ladies who helped me, especially Daniella went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible, as well as the most out of my T-Mobile perks. They answered all my questions and were super friendly and personable the whole way through. Their male manager (can’t remember his name) was also helpful and made sure we were able to leave with exactly what we wanted, with the least amount of hassle for us. It got busy several times while we were there but they handled it well. Thanks again girls for making sure we had a merry Christmas!

I went in yesterday and customer service was so great I'm leaving a review here and on google. The three girls and the male manager who helped me all went above and beyond to make sure I left with what I came in for, they I was getting the most out of my service and T-Mobile perks and the best price! Daniella was patient and explained everything even when I threw random questions out at her. The team really made it happen for me and I appreciate them taking extra time and care to make sure we left happy. Thanks again yall!

Quick and professional service. Surbhi helped us switch over from another carrier and explained everything about our new plan and T-Mobile’s coverage and benefits. We came close to closing and did not feel rushed at all, definitely a change from our previous carrier.

These people don’t know how to do their jobs at all!I went to the store to see if they could help me unlock my new iPhone that automatically locked itself when putting in an old android SIM card. They gave me a bunch of excuses that they couldn’t help me or that I should go to where I got the phone from to get help.They didn’t even bother giving a single try on helping to fix the locked phone. Not even a small advice on how to deal with the situation personally by myself. I went back home and the very first thing that popped into my mind was to reset the entire phone and see if it would fix the issue. Turns out, it actually did! A simple answer for a simple problem and these employees in the store are just there for a pretty face and nothing short of unskillful people in there. I highly recommend to avoid going there if you wanna save yourself the headache of dealing with people that don’t even know what they signed up for.
