This place takes advantage of customers when they use their insurance. Their pencils are sharp! I will get glasses elsewhere in the future. I will speak to my Insurance company about this.

Go to spot for any frames or lenses. Any help needed, ask for Andres & Marilyn. Very professional & very thorough with their work. Only place i’ll go to if i need a quick repair or a new set.

Marilyn was so sweet! I'm new into town and it's been a while since I got my eye exam so I went in to Stanton. Marilyn help made me feel comfortable and patiently helped me choose glasses that matched me and my feminine style! Not only was the glass choosing process was fun, it was nice to have staffs and herself make the eye exam easy!
Thank you Marilyn, I can't wait to get my new glasses!

If I could give negative stars I would. They charged me two hundred and forty dollars for 1 single pair. And then never even honored the buy 1 get 1 free.
I paid an extra twenty five dollars for insurance on replacement and They refuse to honor that. I fell asleep with my glasses on my mistake but they broke And they refuse to give me a free pair after paying $260.
They never gave me a glasses case Or even a cloth to clean them I tried to get a replacement. They said I needed to pay another twenty dollars and I would have to wait two weeks Because they didn't have any of my eye glasses in stock. Even though I only got them a couple of weeks ago what are you going to do to reciprocate I have anxiety when I can't see

Quality of service is neither bad nor great. But their frame selection is not great. They are of low quality (all are made in China). This is a large corporation, and calls to the store usually get routed to a call center somewhere in Florida.

I came from Fresno, and was well attended there in Stanton Optical. While I moved back here in Merced a while ago, I needed new glasses. Overall the whole customer service was great! Brenda was an AMAZING person, she helped a lot, made her laugh a bit, super cool and chill. She was easy to vibe with. Y también sabe el español ? I can’t forget about Andreas, he is also an amazing staff worker, helped me get a good pair of sunglasses. He clearly already knew what type of style I wanted ? overall everything was a good experience.

Staff is very professional. My aunt was in wheelchair and has limited mobility. They were so patient, accommodating, courteous and kind. Would highly recommend Stanton Optical to anyone.

My experience was amazing, the entire staff made sure I was taken care off and walked out with styled glasses and contacts for a fair cost. The exam was really state of the art!! Thank you Stanton Merced !

My husband and I had our eye exam here at Stanton Optical in Merced. It was one of the best exam experiences we have ever had. We were welcomed in by Brenda, who assisted us with getting our exam done, as well as helping us with our glasses selection. She was so friendly and a wonderful help! Andres was the gentleman who helped us regarding our insurance, prices, lens, ect and was so friendly and knowledgeable! Due to myself being indecisive on which glasses to buy, we went a bit past closing hours, and we were never rushed or hurried along. Andres was patient with me, and he was just such a blessing to have assist us! Thank you both so much! We know where to go for our eye care needs from now on. ???

Scam! They have a digital doctor. You talk to a guy on a screen. They have deals to get you in the door but the frames they offer at those prices suck. All the good ones are expensive.

This is the best place I've been to get glasses the workers here are really respectful and treat you like family thus will be the only place I go to because of the great customer service
