Print service staff had my order all wrong which caused me to wait an additional hour when picking up. Another staff had to correct the order. Ordered 250 5x7's which would be equivalent to 125 sheets (2 per page), but the staff only printed 63 sheets giving me 125 5x7's instead. The store staff who offered to correct the error stated it would take roughly 30 mins to re-print and cut the sheets, however when I returned in that 30 mins the staff had not re-print it. So it was another 30 mins wait to re-print the order. It was a hot day of 105 degrees outside and there was no sitting area inside Staples to take a seat and wait. What an inconvenience! It was almost like it was intentional. I am disappointed.

Always so courteous when I go in there. One of the associates was so kind to carry a CASE of copy paper out to my car! Outstanding!

Every time I walk into my Staples, I am not browsing, and I know exactly what I want. I may not know exactly where it is, but that doesn't last long. Pricing is competitive and service is consistent- So that is why I don't think about going anywhere else.

Great service, most products to run your business will be there.
I just bought two new chairs at 40% off. One for me and one for a father's day gift. LOL. I hope he likes it.

Didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but they had good substitute. A well laid out store.
Staff was very helpful.

My visit was quick and easy. The staff was helpful, efficient and polite. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have no intention of changing.

Made a "Happy Return" return associate was so nice and helpful. Received a nice discount coupon for in-store purchases, which I used. Cashier, Angela, was so helpful and kind in helping me set up the new Staples Reward program on my phone.

Super unprofessional, lacking in kindness and the printer area is lacking in skill and overall professionalism. Used to love this location but would rather go to Turlock.

Here they are Racists, I go to get some labels... and it's always the same, other people go after me... but because they are gringas, they speak English, they serve them and give them service immediately and they always tell me that you have to leave your order. ..and come the next day or like today until Monday...and when I come to pick up the copies they purposely take out more and I have to place the order again...and wait another day...that's why this store does You are Mexican or Latino, don't come, terrible service.

This is going to highlight the negative and positive: NEGATIVE: Starting with the print shop worker named Logan, a young unpleasant female associate with an attitude. My first encounter with Logan happened when I was trying to get the obituaries for my mother's funeral printed, she was already impatient and made it very clear with her energy she did not want to be there, nor really felt like helping anybody to where I was scared to even ask her too many questions. She had that "What do you want" attitude with everybody not just me. Not only that she told me the prints will be done at a certain time the next day instead of same day pick up even though I got there early in the morning. Not an issue at the time; orders get backed up, stuff happens, not enough staff etc., but come to find out when I called the next day to make sure the obituaries were done by noon like Logan said, they weren't going to be ready till three hours later (OK fine things happen, glad I called so I can make other arrangements). My second encounter with Logan is what did it. When I tried to order more obituary prints from online. I called the night before to make sure I was doing it correctly. The nice print associate (most likely George) told me to put down notes along with the file upload and if there's any problem or questions they'll reach out to me. I had somebody else pick up the obituaries the next day, when I saw them, there were blank pages and the rest of the content was put in the wrong place. So when I called Staples to see about getting it corrected unfortunately I had to speak to Logan. When the phone rang, she answered. "Hey Veronica" like she knew this call was coming and she was already tired of me even though this is our first phone call. When I was trying to tell her the situation with the print. She was like "what's the problem what's wrong with it?" Just as agitated. I told her what was wrong and I was explaining that I put in the notes to call me if there was an issue, and how can I go about rectifying this. Instead of just telling me to come back in and we'll fix it, all she did was talk to me in a disrespectful tone and told me what I did wrong...that I didn't choose the right number of pages and my notes didn't even make any sense. Even when I had to calm her agitation down by telling her, I'm not trying to argue or place blame while reiterating to her that this was in regards to my mothers death (that girl could care less). Logan then asked me when I was going to come back in, and I told her within an hour. She then told me I can't pick up the prints until tomorrow evening because only one person will be working there and they will be backed up with orders. She still was just disrespectful and dismissive when getting off the phone when I told her thank you and goodbye she said "Uh huh" and hung up in my face. By that point, I was done... I was flooring it in my car to Staples and my blood was boiling and was ready to speak to a manager, because if I had to speak to Logan, I know it would not be pleasant in more ways than one, and she was going to see what a real attitude looked like live and in color. I came in there so upset I couldn't even acknowledge the nice greeter at the front. Luckily for her she was not there. Long story short (too late lol), I just got a refund. Come to find out there's been other complaints about her from other customers. The crazy thing is everybody else who works at the print shop is actually nice except for her, so hopefully this review will help Logan with her perpetual lack of good customer service skills and human decency, though I highly doubt it. POSITIVE: Now for the positive real quickly, thank you to George and the rest of the nice gentleman who worked at the print shop not only from my encounter, which was pleasant and helpful including over the phone, but also I see the way you treat other customers on numerous occasions. I know it's not easy working customer service from per
