I was 16 years old. My step father was a co signer for me and along with my mother. I had no kids just me no bed no couches just me and there roaches I never even hung up a photo or put a nail in the wall. Once my 6 month lease was uo they said they did not want to renew my lease and did not want to give me back my security deposit of $1000 because they said I jumped the security steel fence to get to my apart. I never jumped no fence and nothing was never broken. I HOPE THIS BUSINESS GOESS TO THE DUMP WHERE THEY BELONG.

Tinetti has been a great help for me and my bf. We’ve been looking for a place together, and Liz C and Tinetti have been a very great help to us. They’ve been persistent on updating us, and letting us know more info about an apartment we applied too. To me paper applications make the process a lot easier than online ones which they do paper. Overall a good process thanks so much Liz C leasing coordinator and everyone in the front desk!

I have never dealt with a realtor as terrible as Tinetti. The persistently harass, send letters with my dead boyfriend's name on them, and have very poor customer service when contacting them on the phone. I do not recommend them to any one. I have lived at my current address for several years, but since my landlord retired and shifted the property management to Tinetti it has been nothing but a nightmare. My former landlord and I had a wonderful working relationship. I am appalled by Tinetti's policies and I can't wait until I move so that I no longer have to deal with them. I know they are just trying to run me out because the property was not worth the $400,000 they were trying to sell it for. The roof on my house has water damage from a leaking swamp cooler. The carpet is very old and worn and needs to be replaced, as well other minor repairs that need to be made to bring the house up to code. Renters beware, Tinetti's policies will be the bane of your existence.

Many thanks to Jenna who helped us get our home sold quickly so that our family could begin a new chapter in life.The open house she put together went so well that we had an offer within a couple of days with multiple offers after that.Not only that but she went out of her way to help us get things wrapped up with our move to our new home.I am truly grateful for Jenna and her family for all that they did to help us with this transition.

Wow. I had to make repeated phone calls and leave multiple messages to ask about a property in downtown Merced that has an agent's name on it. One week after leaving my first messages (without any response), the agent finally answered the phone and was very rude. He could not clearly explain the status of a building, nor offer much assistance for alternatives. He said he didn't handle leases and told me a space I'm interested in had been sold 6 months ago even though his name and number are still posted on the outside of it. As I started to ask him to refer me to his colleague, whom he said handled leases, he instead just hung up on me. Aaron Vega, I know you're busy. We're all busy. But hanging up on someone trying to ask questions about a building with your name on it as the contact is extremely unprofessional

Nancy Rogers and her crew have been handling my rental property since December 2021, and I couldn't recommend them more. They are professional, responsive, and have a good rapport with the renters. When maintenance is needed, they present options for my choice and their accounting is clear and to the point. Their attention to detail means I can sleep well at night knowing that my property is in the best possible hands. Awesome realty group. They were helpful and contacted us regularly to update news. After viewing the house and doing more paperwork, everything went smoothly. We rented our first house together and want to purchase a home sometime in the future, hopefully go through the same realty. They have nice houses for rent, very good choices they picked to be on their website. My husband and I are very grateful to have went forward with applying and patiently waiting because it was definitely a Christmas miracle with Tinetti and the owner of the house.
