We had reserved a truck 3 days in advance, we scheduled the pick up time for 7am we show up to the place, they were saying that our pick up time was scheduled for 1pm, when we had the emails confirmation, then they where saying there was no trucks available. We, trying to understand and be comprehensive and say ok. What are our options? They said the only option is to reserve at 1:00 o'clock we said ok, we'll take it. Came back at 1 o'clock as we were "SCHEDULED " and NO TRUCKS AVAILABLE. very inconvenience, we expended almost 1.5 hours trying to figure something out. They said our only option was to get a 26-foot. The price was $318. When all we needed was a 15-foot truck. Finally they person who was helping us called his supervisor, and they were able to give us a bigger truck for the same price of the one we had reserved. Even though we were able to get a truck, it was very inconvenience, we lost more than half of the day trying to resolve this issue.
They need better communication in all ways and be more organized ? ????

We rented a truck to move to So Cal. It was very easy to do the transaction, get truck and info about mileage, gas. The lady was very knowledgeable and helpful and the truck clean and easy to use.

my man had called this place to see why they had changed location he’s a very well respected man and of course was respecting the lady and she was being rude and said “well they changed it” and kept saying that with an attitude didn’t want to check to see why they changed it and I feel like if you don’t like your job and your miserable at that place then just don’t work for that company don’t be mistreating others for no reason. But he called the G street one and they said that we could just get it from them after all.

The gentleman that we worked with was very pleasant. The estimated price when working with him was nearly $100 less than the reservation online.

I have already been treated by other people in this unit, who were super attentive. I was a little uncomfortable with the last guy who served me, as he was super relaxed in his chair, with no apparent desire to serve the customer. He was wearing a glove that made it difficult and took too long to handle his cell phone as he needed to take photos of his ID (for example) and finally, I had doubts about the final value displayed on the computer screen and he did not demonstrate the knowledge to answer my question. Overall, I really like this unit and will continue using the services. I will even have 2 reservations for March. See you soon.

All good reviews are made up by friends and family of employees. Just look at all the 1 star reviews. Heavy drug addicts. Self righteous and angry managers, daughter/employee and other employees pick and choose who to provide decent service too. Regularly smoking pot and doing in drugs on the job. Not before or after, but during. Slow… so slow. They hope you’ll go somewhere else. Employees constantly complained about u-Haul corporate the whole time. I’m just trying to rent and leave in the damaged truck they provided. And the smell at this place is terrible .

Read all the one star reviews that aren’t like the 4 star reviews from friends and family of the employees there. This is a one star facility. I don’t think u-Haul corporate knows what’s going on there, but they will soon.

Save yourself the time and avoid this place when you’re looking to install a hitch. They moved my reservation after being booked in advance. They person who does the hitch called out sick and they didn’t bother to call us to let us know. We were pushed out a week and we were assured by the store manager Eric Jones that they had experience with my vehicle model. I came to my reservation and I was told I would get pushed back another 4 hours. They told me they would take 3 hours and they ended up taking 10 hours because all of a sudden they’ve never worked in a vehicle like mine. Worst experience.
