Many times this location captures my pkgs that come thru this location ~once they do I never get them~ I set up an access pick up location here in Los Banos (where I live) but if By bad luck my mail goes thru Merced I can forget it! My choice app is worthless, if you live in this area they don’t honor it!They never redeliver, listen to customer concerns or make ANY ACCOMMODATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS! I now specifically ask shippers NOT to use ups when I order items! Will not shop with any that do….

The manager of CVS named Stephen personally helped me send packages to my family. I was lost, but he offered to help. Great experience.
