Absolutely love the customer service in this place! I went in today to find a very friendly and helpful staff. Very fast and helpful with my mother who only speaks Spanish. Angie was the young lady that helped us she was all smiles and so helpful! Very nice to know that my mother can go in this office and find the help she needs when I’m not available. 5 stars from us! 🩷 We will be back for all of our shipping, notary and mailing needs! Plus we purchased the cutest Stitch key! Thank you!

Every time I’ve been to the G st location of the UPS store I’ve had excellent service. Always greeted as I walk in and no matter how many customers are in line it always moves quickly. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and happy to help. On my last visit I needed several things and Vianney was quick to help. She went above and beyond my expectations. When a small issue arose (due to me) the other employees jumped in to assist. They all really know their job and appear to enjoy it. I would be crazy to go anywhere else for the services they provide. Whoever owns/manages this store has done an excellent job.
