These guys did a great job on our car at a reasonable price for the service. A little pricey perhaps relative to other places but seems totally fair for the level of service. The best service.

The registers are pretty slow but the people who work here are great! It seems there is always a line every time I go. Maybe update the system or add another terminal/more people???

This complaint is directed to the drive-through car wash the Brokedown machine with the buttons missing so you can't pick which option you want I can't understand why they haven't updated that yet no one in Merced is complaining about this just horrible

So I notice my car is a bit dirty after sitting under my tree for a couple of days. I see the car wash at Valero so I pull in and get a few gallons of gas. The screen asks if I want a car wash. I push the "Yes" response. Next thing I know it prints me a receipt for an $8 car wash ($9 wash - $1 discount). I didn't get any choices and it never showed me the prices. I was thinking $4-$5. I sure hope this is worth it. NOPE! I get through with the cashing cycle and still see the bird droppings and a layer of dirt on the hood. What a complete rip-off! I feel like I've been defrauded. Don't give me a $2 wash and charge me $8. Show me the options and prices before I purchase. If I had known the price, I would have just gone to the Prime Shine down the street for $7 and got a decent car wash.

i love drive thru cheap car washes. although you do have to actually go in to purchase your wash if using cash. but you can use your debit/credit at the wash. love it though. and not too many drive thru washes here in merced
