DO NOT rely on this pharmacy for essential prescription medications. You will likely extend your lifespan and avoid an emergency room visit by filling your prescriptions elsewhere.

I hate this pharmacy. They take FOREVER. Every single time I have come to pick up a prescription it takes at minimum of 40 minutes. They need to figure out a better system, because the lines and wait times are absolutely insane.

Terrible customer service and pharmacy. Always slow ( you’ll be waiting 30 plus mins each time, inside or in the drive-thru regardless of the line length) and the workers are less than apologetic for any wait time. Last time I had to pickup my prescription, after waiting 40 mins in the drive thru the tech INSISTED I had the wrong birthdate even though I’ve had the same info for the past two years. She then made me come in and wouldn’t let me finish my transaction in the drive thru. My infant was beside herself at this point and I was livid for the long wait, along with having to take her inside when I had already waited for nearly an hour. I go in and it turns out the worker rang it up wrong, so it had all been her fault. No apology, no nothing. Just an eye roll and continued along with her work and had the other tech handle it once it had been explained she was in the wrong. Laughable customer service, they don’t know how to do their jobs. Good luck anywhere else this place is a joke.

Walgreens in Merced on G street their services is very poor. Need new management. very clients walk in and have to wait 20 mins by the tech and still not get their medication and was ask to wait another 15 mins. Bad experience with Walgreens in Merced.

Wallgreens ,said close for lunch break till 2pm ,staff came in at store but they only open the pharmacy at 2:30 ,they know a lot of people waiting for them to open they are moving soo slow ,OMG ,dont care about the customers,soo sad .can you pls improve your work ethicks .Thank you

Walgreens on G st, BAD PHARMACY -
Got a call in the morning that my prescription is ready, I go there later in the day I go the INSIDE STORE window give her my information and she says I got one prescription ready, she asked me for my insurance for some reason again, then she tells me. Oh it'll be ready on Monday. I was kind of mad and stormed off, I go back on Monday AT DRIVE THRU and the incompetent worker from 4 days ago put the prescription in for the other Walgreens across town. so not only did I have to wait 45 minutes in the Drive-Thru on G st I had to wait another 25 minutes at Rst the other drive-thru, these people need training or they need to add workers to the window a Worker for each drive-thru, when I got there there was six cars in line and I had to wait 40 to 45 minutes, and when I left there was seven cars there. I'm sure they had to wait too, worst experience ever!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOUR MEDS ARE ESSENTIAL.
I have recently gotten a transplant and cannot go with out my meds, the pharmacy continued for two weeks to say it would be ready in 1 hour, ensured me they would have it until I eventually completely ran out waiting on them, and couldn’t get it transferred because they filled my prescription as a partial…..
I had to be admitted into the hospital to get my meds until they received their shipment 3 weeks later!
There was one pharmacy tech Mer who was helpful, the rest were not helpful and couldn’t care less, the pharmacist was not concerned and completely disregarded the issue….
I would steer clear of this pharmacy at all costs

Don’t waste your time and if it happens that you have to need to use their services ( like the restrooms ) they have to find the person who knows the password Then open the door for you Nowhere to be found!
