The staff is very Helpful.I also like theFact that they text me when my prescription is low.I like the texting system because it allows me to make sure that I have the medication that I need.

Always have had great luck with this pharmacy. Staff has been helpful and I’ve never experienced any issues or long wait times. Can’t say the same thing about the store itself but I find myself always choosing Walmart for the pharmacy when I need one.

This Walmart Pharmacy in Merced is saving me a boatload of money on prescriptions! I have gotten my prescriptions filled at Raleys, Walgreens, and CVS in Merced.Their prices were all similar so I thought all pharmacies charged the same. I used CVS for years. I was usually charged something like $65 a prescription for my asthma inhaler, even after my insurance covered it. My biggest issue has been for Imitrex (sumatriptan) for migraines, which my insurance does NOT cover. Without insurance, it cost ~$330 for a prescription. CVS was getting me a "discount" and only charging me $100 per prescription (filled every month), which seemed like a good deal considering the total cost. My Dr at Sutter Health in Turlock told me to try Walmart, that they could save me a lot on prescriptions, so I gave the Walmart in Merced a shot. My asthma inhaler is now only $15 a refill. And get this... I get the same number of pills of Sumatriptan as CVS was giving me.... for $2.68. I get this prescription refilled every month so they are literally saving me over $1100 a year just on the sumatriptan and saving $600 per year on my ProAir asthma inhaler. I have several other prescriptions that are similar savings as the ProAir so yes, they are literally saving me a couple thousand a year. And it's not all Walmarts. I visit my mom in Colorado and that Walmart charges me $100 per prescription of Sumatriptan. I don't know what discounts Merced is finding, but I am so grateful! Seriously, give them a try. They might be able to save you a lot too!

I was on the Walmart website and saw an item that I wanted to purchase. I called the store to see if they had the Blackvue 4k dash cam on display that I can test before I make the purchase. They had a phone option to press to go to the electronic department...the phone was ringing and ringing for a good 5 mins and someone answered and asked which department I needed. She transferred me to electronics...someone picked up the phone just to hang it up. I called again and was on the phone for a total of 28 mins mainly just holding. I didn't even get a chance to talk to the electronics department at all..it took the automotive department a long time to check for the item that I requested and he said there is no such item in the store. I was very disappointed for the unorganized system that they have and how long it took for the someone to answer my question.

The cashier women at this pharmacy are rude and unfriendly. They treated me like dirt for asking a question. Will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere because I'm tired of being treated like garbage by the staff.

I have had the worst experience ever here! When I stopped by to pick up my fathers prescription the cashier was extremely rude and impatient. Instead of handing me the prescription like a decent human being she decided to throw it on the counter. I got so upset I ended up letting my emotions get the best of me that I snatched the receipt from her hand. I immediately called my father and told him to never send his prescription to this pharmacy ever again if he wanted me to pick it up. I regret stooping too her level but it seems as if this particular Wal-Mart lacks in customer service training.

Everyone at Walmart Pharmacy, Merced is very, very professional. I am always treated with respect. I especially would like to thank Marlene, who always greets me by name and asks how I am doing. They are very busy at this location and really could use some extra staff. I think they are all over-worked. I miss Delores!

Got in line to pick something up and the guy in front of me didn't know English ,and didn't understand what the lady in the pharmacy was trying to say . The lady named Kim was so rude and her attuide was ugly, toward him for not knowing what she was saying . The man was asking for my help so I tried to help him and Kim told me I can't help him which made no sense . I don't think this is how people should be treated it was disgusting to see how she was acting , unprofessional. And she couldn't even get him a translater . She should be fired .

They were heck of helpfulit seemed said my prescriptions would be ready in a half hour. When I got back to pic it up they said its going to be longer because they didn't have all my medications there. I asked them why Couldnt you tell me that before you sent me away I could of got it from a place that had it in. I'm a diabetic and it was needed like yesterday. O because your insurance company doesn't cover it once again why didn't you explain that to me. They said it was due to me being a new costumer. They were able to get it by 11 the next day. So they never have done it again and I'm happy for that .Mr Taylor
