I hate this Walmart! My little sister attends the university 12 minutes away so I try to stock her fridge once a month through Walmart delivery. They NEVER deliver on time!!!! Once they delivered an hour EARLIER than the reserved hour so she missed her delivery and they returned her groceries back to the store! All the other times, they were LATE!! She's had to call the Walmart multiple times to see where her order is. Dont use delivery with them. THEY SUCK!!!

it took me 2 hours to get a hold of someone one on the phone!!!!!!!!! when i was finally able to get on the phone with someone, they told me they only have 1 person responsible for the whole store to answer phones!?!?!?!? do better!!!!!!!!!!!

This Walmart is completely unorganized!!! Everytime we do curbside there's always a problem there's a number they give you when you're in the parking spot and it's some random lady's phone number you call the store no one answers to online orders then you press 0 to talk to an associate no answer so I press for electronics no answer pharmacy no answer deli no answer! Not only when you're physically in the store there's literally two heads in the registers!!!! So either way you go in the store you're screwed you do curbside you're screwed! I'm born and raised in Las Vegas this s*** does not fly there!!! I hate you merced Walmart!!! You suck your store needs to step up their game!! Sad and ridiculous smh you don't even deserve one star !! Who runs this place seriously!!!!!!!????

Ok so yes this walmart is a bit hectic ,disorganized, employees seem unhappy BUT, the prices compared to other places makes this place worth it to go to. Walmart does have some good bargains on a variety OF PRODUCTS

I was appalled with the service of curbside pick up. They gave my 100.00 order to the car next to me. Then I was told they called the person and they were coming back with my order and I would have to deal with her. WTF???? I told them they need to go in and refill my order the woman isn't mine to deal with. Unbelievable!!!!!!

Oh my goodness, I have never seen a Walmart with so many workers walking around doing nothing. They only have two of 10 registers in the front open when they could easily open more and because if this the lines are super long. The money services line in the back is a complete joke, waited a whole hours because there was only one personw working back there when I counted at least 6 different associates walk in and out of the place and none came to help. Shoot, if Walmart needs more workers hire me today, hire me right now. This place really needs the help, don't get me started in the lack of care with electric scooters, three of which were all out of order and there were so many shopping carts all over the store, empty, full of stuff, that beglinged to nobody that blocked the way in almost every other aisle. This is one of the worst Walmarts I have ever been to, and I've seen some bad Walmarts, but this one has a special spot on the list of bad. My opinion, hire more workers, train them how to properly maintain their store and then maybe, just maybe, this will be a much more decent experience for the random shopper just passing through.

Mark who works at the front is very judge mental and likes to profile people. He accused me of not ringing up my dog food that is $10. I stated in the VERY beginning I am doing 2 different transactions. I spent over $80 bucks each transactions. Why Would I steal dog food that doesn't make sense. Mark needs to learn about customer service! Just because someone is dressed down in sweatpants and a sweater doesn't necessarily mean they would steal! It's winter time of course it's cold. Not only that Mark needs to stop acting like MPD. I work for law enforcement not him so he needs to learn more about his job description than ACCUSING And ASSUMING someone didn't ring up an item. Maybe pay attention better and do his job right! I showed him my receipt and he looked like a totally idiot.

This store never has any cash registers opened and the workers are extremely rude. I would rather go to target then wait in this hour long line for one purchase. They have tons of workers just standing around and talking instead of actually helping. Whoever is managing this place needs to be fired ASAP!

Ever try and call the Walmart Store in Merced, CA????? They give you only four options and then tell you to pick "0" for an Associate. Hmmmm . . . T I let the phone ring for (according to my cell phone timer) 3 min and 20 seconds before somebody picked up the phone and then slammed it down on the receiver. Gee . . . Didn't mean to interrupt you at your place of employment!!!!! Called back again when I decoded to drive from the Costco Store in Merced to the Walmart Store on the other side of town . . . This time I let it ring for almost 6 minutes. Went to the store (I think manager) and asked what was the deal and they said they were "short handed" and apologized. "Short Handed?????" I guess being rude is a staple at Walmart Slum City now! And what's with al;l the cash registers and no cashiers????? Benn like that since they month after they opened. Guess the Walmart Family doesn't care that they are hiring absolutely inept people to work their stores. No wonder they are "short Handed!!!!"

Definitely one of the more ghetto locations around, but as a whole how much can you really expect from any Wal-Mart location? I won't rate this particular store very high, but I will try to remain positive with my review. First things first, I love the lack of dress code here, it's nice to visit a store that considers you to be over dressed when you visit in anything but pajamas or sweats. Secondly, I feel like this location takes an interest in their customers safety, they always manage to keep their floors nice and sticky so that shoppers do not have to worry about slipping. Lastly, I love the fact that their shelve displays make it very easy to make choices when making purchases as the employees don't tend to restock inventory very well, which leaves less hassle to choose from. Thanks Wal-Mart :)

Not a Walmart fan .....I would give a ZERO but couldn't....there was a BIG bin/cage filled with Beauty rest pillows and a BIG sign for $2.97 so I got 2 pillows when I got to the cashier they were $15.96 oooops to Walmart when manager came she states policy will only allow 1 item at wrong price.... got my 1 pillow and will continue to shop at Target . Bye Walmart

***WORST SERVICE EVER*** Happy to help particularly in the front has horrible serve Ariana and Jeanine were the worst. Jeanine literally threw bags at me and Ariana or Adriana told some old man he could work the register himself.
