It seems so that everyone is more occupied what they're doing then wanting to help their customers. You have to go around find someone and then see if they're going to help you. I have a slight issue when you're in the country and you don't know the language I think it's highly disrespectful for when you go to other countries they want you to know that language but they don't put effort into knowing ours and I personally feel that that's wrong. Majority of the time I got no Habla Ingliss, and we're not told that I was at Apple Espanol press me it doesn't matter if I speak Spanish or not I speak English I'm in America sorry to say but it's true they seem to not choose to help people not of the same ethnic background and that's wrong then that the store is pretty much clean that's pretty much all I can say outside makes you feel uncomfortable you'll understand if you ever go to the store .Not helpful AT all!!

My friend asked to leave some cans in the store for donations for her son who had recently passed away and the manager here didn't want to help her! I will no longer shop here because of that. So selfish and inconsiderate. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Their is one employee in particular that has attitude everytime I have encountered her. I have witnessed her rudely hang up the phone on customer's as well. She need to be retained as far as handling customers questions. This is a terrible resprisitaion for the company.

Pros: Hot food section has good selection. Their Tripas is good, better than Cardenas - when they do bot run out of it. Surprisingly, you do not see flies or see very little of in the bakery or meat department. Prices are great all around. Cons: Sometimes the hot food area ladies don't speak or understand English very well. I can speak basic Spanish, so I can get by. The meat department needs to better serve their customers. They will help Hispanic folks before other ethnic groups, even if you've been standing there before other folks. Went today and it wasn't too busy. They had 3-4 meat dept folks behind the counter. Lady employee was helping a customer before me, but took forever because the customer wanted the meat to be cut in a certain way. Another guy employee was slicing meat, looked my way, said nothing then went back to his thing. Every minute or two he would walk over to the lady employee and talk to her. Whole time did not acknowledge me. Another customer came by and one of the meat dept. further down helped him out. After 3-5 minutes, two hispanic ladies stood behind me. I made sure I was closest to counter. Guess what happened? Hispanic guy overlooks me and asks the ladies behind me in Spanish what he can do for them. I interrupt him and tell him, excuse me? I've been waiting here patiently - with you looking me and you're going to skip me over? Guy ended up helping me, but if you don't look the part the meat dept may overlook you. The gals that work the counters tend to be nicer than the guys.

They're selling bad food rotten food.!!!!! II highly recommend you not to go there.! You're going to end with rotten food.! Sweet bread is for days is not fresh food on the cuisine is not fresh is for days too you're going to end up with stomach issues or sick getting to the hospital.?!

Fui ha comprar unas verduras. Y al pagar la cajera me pregunta como va ha pagar en efectivo o tarjeta. Y le contesto tarjeta . Su Otra pregunta es estampillas o debito. Y claro que me ofendo y le contesto no te preocupes yo voy ha pagar. Y todavia me contesta yo quiero saber. Solo le falto preguntarme si es dinero robado o prestado . He visitado muchas carnicerías y nunca me han preguntado cómo voy ha pagar. Al contrario me dan la gracias por consumir en ese lugar .

I have had multiple bad experiences at this place every time I order food. There is this lady with the name of Maria at la tortilleria/food that lacks customer service skills. She does not like her job and makes your experience very uncomfortable. There are multiple complaints about this lady and nothing is done! Its hurting your clientele. She needs more training on how to treat customers with respect and professionalism.

Always like the customer service. Everyone tries to get to you at the hot food counters and meat counters. The pricing is always cheap. I feel bad shopping there, like I'm robbing them lol.
