I was hoping it was under warranty for the type of damage on the tire but unfortunately it wasn't The technician there explained to me all the details of my particular vehicle and the recommendations. He didn't try to upsell me on anything. Just made sure I was comfortable with the choice I was making for my safety and the reliability of my tires. They installed them quickly and he was able to assist with some discounts due to the early replacement on the tires. They were still really good tires but due to the mishap with them they all needed to be replaced to be safe. Really appreciate his honesty, help, hard work and transparency. Great job James! Service people and technicians like you are the reason I continue to do repeat business with companies like this.”
