“I've rented from here multiple times - car trailer, utility trailer, cargo trailer and moving trucks. They are very professional and helpful. Be aware if you place the order online as you may have issues if the rental is for a future date. Twice rentals got moved to other locations by Uhaul dispatch in Santa Rosa, which overrode my preferred location because they think they know better. However, the staff here corrected those orders and all went well. So, I'd suggest if you create the order online that you follow up with a phone call to the location to ensure they have the equipment you need for the days you need it. I would definitely rent from here again.”
