I can only speak about the food and it was delicious. The asparagus had a perfect al dente snap to it with great flavor the prime rib was ginormous, one inch thick well cooked. Mashed potatoes were homemade. The calamari strips were awesome!

We loved our stay at Highlands Ranch! The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking in Lassen. Would go back there again!
