Wow! When my phone contacts were all lost thanks to some mishandling of my phone by a friend, Sam Robinson to the rescue. Great service. Sam handled the situation like a Mozart, with the phone upside down toward himself and right side toward me, the customer. With an upside down view, Sam scrolled through the screen, making adjustments, handling questions. A wealth of information and lots of kindness toward an anxious situation. Within minutes, I got my contacts back and learned a lot along the way. Thank you, Sam!

I really liked the service in this store, this is the best store. Thank you very much to Anastasia who helped me with my problem, in my city they refused to help me, they told me to figure it out myself and call, but Anastasia was able to do everything, which I am very happy about, she is a professional in her field!

Best service I've received in a while the manger Anastasia and the young man named Sam gave me better customer service than I've had at other AT&Ts I don't know if there corporate looks at these but those two deserve some type of bonus, paid vacation, or even pay raise with how exponential there service is great group of Individuals

Anastasia was so helpful. She knew everything we wanted and suggested things we didn't know we wanted but we did want. She offered us several ways to save money by changing up our plan. And she was warm, friendly, and welcoming.

Went in to trade out my galaxy flip for a new iPhone. Kaylee (assistant manager) did an amazing job! Seemless and painless process. Will definitely be back to see her for my AT&T needs. Location was also great, not too busy a store.

Ms. Anastasia as Manager of AT&T store at Mill Valley Strawberry Village is the very best manager in the San Francisco Bay Area as I followed her from Day One 2019 when Ms Anastasia was Manager at store on San Francisco Geary Street, and later on as Manager at San Francisco Stonestown Mall, before being promoted to be in charge of this new location. She can help solve problems that higher management failed to address for a whole year at different corporate departments. Ms. Anastasiia had successful trained her close associates to future promotions well arranged. Highly recommend!
