“I never write reviews but Andres at SF Auto Detail did an incredible job! After a trip to the mountains, I came home and discovered that a mouse had made a nest in my engine, chewed through my windshield washer tubes, and left a lot of droppings all over the entire engine bed. After a lot of calling around to various detail shops across the Bay, Andres was the only one who offered specific engine detail services that didn't involve any water (which would have ruined any electronic sensors in the engine.) Andres was incredibly detailed before the work and walked through my car and helped to spot any details that might need to be looked out and provided me with an incredibly fair and reasonable estimate. After he finished the cleaning, my engine looked literally brand new. Super happy with the service! I will definitely be coming back to him with any more needs in the future.”

“I was recommended to Denny at Fix Body by my mechanic. I first met Denny back in February when someone backed into my car. I went to several body shops in the city and nobody would help me. I pulled up to Denny’s place, and he immediately grabbed a tool, fixed the issue right on the spot, and refused to take a penny. That alone left a huge impression on me.
So when my car was recently damaged again—this time by a large garbage bin in two separate spots—I went straight back to Denny. In a stressfull situation, Denny and his team made the entire process absolutely seamless. He listened, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step. Throughout the entire process, I felt respected, taken seriously, not rushed and treated like a valued customer.
My repairs took eight days, and my car looks brand new. About seven days into repairs through, staff called to update me, which I really appreciated. And when Denny gave me a specific date and time my car would be ready, it was ready exactly when he said it would be.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I highly recommend Denny’s family-owned body shop to anyone who needs body work. He is honest and solid and my car looks brand new.”

Pedro and his team at Marin Auto Detailing did an absolutely incredible job on my new X7- full PPF, full tint, and ceramic coating on the wheels. I was completely blown away.
This isn’t my first rodeo, and I’ve seen some horrible PPF and tint work out there. MAD’s quality is truly top-shelf.

“I’m a fan of promoting local companies, especially making high quality and specialized products like P & S. I believe they were founded originally in the city but now do their production in the East Bay. This is an outpost that sells their wide selection of auto car detailing products.
They were very helpful in reviewing different products and their intended use. I bought several but was particularly happy with the quality of microfiber towel and their Bead Maker product which isn’t a traditional ceramic or graphene coating, but it is very easy to apply and has a great water beading result.
I’ll be visiting again. My only qualm is that they close pretty early. It’d be great if they were open to 4:00 PM at least.”

“While I wasn't particularly excited about bringing my ILX in to a Honda Service Center, due to my past disdainful experience at Honda of Serramonte, I had quite a decent visit at this location. I had scheduled an appointment in the morning via the website and was attended by Geoff, who was amiable and polite. I was given an approximate turnaround time of two hours for the A1 service and had the keys in hand approximately two and a half hours after drop off. This is a long shot from the 45 minute or one hour guarantee I used to receive at most Acura service centers, but this was still reasonable to me. Realistically, I understand that Honda has a higher service volume and that the other Acura centers may have previously spoiled me. For the cherry on top, I was able to apply a very nice service special which made the visit worth it. While I had minimal interaction with my car's technician, he was also polite when handing me my key. I'm glad to say that I was pleased with the service and felt respected as a customer. This location will have my loyalty for the foreseeable future.”

“Had them do a full interior and exterior detail of my vehicle that included steam cleaning the interior carpet/mats, leather dressing, exterior polish/wax & headlight restoration today. Definitely not what I'd call a bargain, but the results were excellent! A 20yr old Mercedes looks absolutely brand new, inside and out - interior seams & crevices are clean, stains & dirt are completely gone from the carpets and mats, exterior plastics and glass are all perfectly clean and shiny. My car is pristine, shiny and spotless. Am completely satisfied with the results!”
