I've had the pleasure of working with Beat handling both selling and buying a property and can't recommend him highly enough. Both experiences were easy with him as a guide through the intricacies of the buying and selling procedures. His knowledge of the real estate market in Marin is outstanding. He was consistently responsive and I believe went well out of his way to provide the best assistance possible. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I first met Beat when he sold the condo upstairs from mine, and I saw how amazing he was to my neighbor as she moved in to her first home. I later met him while he was selling another condo in our complex, and was able to see the detail and time he put into showing a home - staging, welcoming visitors, and ultimately selling quickly! Not having a place to sell or buy at the time, I introduced Beat to very good friends who where selling their home - they loved him, and their house sold quickly over asking. He worked with them to get the home ready, never overselling, always available to answer questions. Incredibly knowledgeable on the area, the current market, and the process. Finally, last year I had the opportunity to work directly with Beat!! A very dear friend had a terrible medical accident and had to leave her house very quickly, and sell. As she was in the hospital, I managed the sell for her, working with Beat. For so many reasons, this was an incredibly emotional time - we had so many challenges. All the way, Beat was amazing - attentive, helpful, understanding, and all the while incredibly confident and reassuring that all would work out. He helped us stage to perfection, and we received our first (and best) offer before the first open house. I cannot say enough good things about working with Beat, whether you are buying or selling a home in Marin! I look forward to the next opportunity.

Beat sold my mother's home in Tiburon CA. I really appreciated his attention to detail, and knowledge of local real estate. He kept everyone involved with e mails, calls and texts so I knew exactly what was going on until the home was sold. It was easy, and fun to work with him and the home sold above asking price. He has an excellent attitude and really takes pride in his work. I heartily recommend him as a professional real estate agent.

Beat is an all around awesome agent. With his help we’ve purchased two homes in Marin and sold one. He is dependable, steady, and easy to work with. We were able to sell our home for top dollar quickly with multiple offers. During the sale he stopped by frequently, keeping the flowers watered and the house looking fresh for potential buyers. Beat is well connected with local inspectors and was able to arrange inspections for our new home quickly, helping us fully understand the condition of our new home and negotiate fairly with the seller. Beat is the best and we are so grateful we were introduced to him.

Beat was fantastic to work with! As a 75 year old woman living out of state I was looking for a person that knew the Marin market and could provide me the support without requiring a lot of time or travel. The transaction took place in less than 2 weeks. He found a qualified buyer, arranged inspection immediately, and assisted me personally with the move! Beat is a fantastic agent. We were so lucky as first time homebuyers to have him guide us through the process. Beat was quick to point out issues with homes and never tried to “sell” us on a home.
