We are moving back to Muir Beach and I went to open four accounts with Chase. I stood in the lobby, with one banker helping someone, and another on the phone for nearly 15 minutes. No one came out to greet me, find out why I was there, or a simple courteous, "I"m sorry. I'll be another XX minutes." They could both see me through the all glass walls. I finally stuck my head in the office and excused myself for interrupting, and asked how long he would be. He said to make an appointment and come back then. He was not friendly or kind in his response and acted like I was putting him out. Good for Chase. I'm sure Jamie Dimon would love to know his employees are arrogant and besides having no idea about customer service, but they're rude. I went over to Redwood Credit Union, where I was warmly greeted and treated with respect before they knew that between our personal and business accounts, we'd be running seven figure money through our accounts. I moved away from what's now the big four-_Chase, Citi, BofA, and WFB over a decade ago and was ready to come back. Now I remember the lack of personal and courteous interactions and why I left in the first place, besides all the bad policies the bank does in general. So thank you Chase for reminding me when you have terrible policies, you don't care about the people you hire, who in turn, don't care about customers.

Wanted to add to my previous review. Dillon Ford, Private Client Banker did an excellent job on following through with my banking transaction. I had to wait 2 weeks in adding myself as POA to my aunt's accounts. Dillon was thorough, professional, and was able to complete all my banking needs. I would highly recommend him to management especially that he proved himself highly competent, resourceful and sincere in fulfilling my customer needs.

Well at the start the place looked amazing walking in people treated you very kindly. I was picked with a lovely young lady named Reham. I was having trouble with depositing a check from another bank and they were holding my money and I could get it out. Reham was very kind, patient, and very positive. I would 100% recommend this bank and if you see Reham trust me she will make your day. All the best, Bob

Dillon Ford greeted me before I even entered and served me professionally and offered sound financial advice. I was surprised he was a teller because his awareness and expertise were far beyond regular banking experiences I've had.

I'm impressed with their service. I left their branch manager a message because I wanted to make an adjustment on one of my accounts. He called me back in no time and instead of me having to go in to deal with it in person (during COVID) he offered to fix it for me by phone with my aporoval. I'm really appreaciative for all the help, he saved me a trip, lots of time and headche!

My wife and I shopped around various banks and after meeting with Ray, their Private Client Banker, decided to move our entire banking and investment relationship to Chase. He is professional, knowledgeable, and just plain easy to work with. It's been a couple years now since I started banking with Chase and I could not be more happy with the service. Ray gives you exactly what you want in terms of Private Banking. We love that we can call/email Ray for any of our banking needs and that he always makes sure to find the answer for us in a timely manner. I hope the bank sees what an asset he is for the company.

A fairly unsatisfactory level of service with this branch and its personnel yesterday and today. Long-time (decades) Chase customer with multiple personal and corporate accounts who simply needed a straight-forward power of attorney notarized. Left a message yesterday to call me since no on-site was apparently authorized to make an appointment. No call. Call and leave a message, again. Return call finally nearly two hours later. Return that call--voice mail again. I guess they really want to make this difficult and drive me to use a different provider, which is what I'm going to do, albeit at much greater out-of-pocket cost to me in terms of time, hassle and cash. I'm strongly considering moving my accounts (and all the fee income they generate for Chase) to a more responsive financial institution. My Chase contact at the branch went by the name of Faith, who is, apparently, the designated notary.

Super friendly and helpful. We moved our business bank to Chase to have better clarity on our spending snd our deposits domestic and international. We also love how easy it is to wire internationally and so easy now for our bookkeeper to go through our bank statements since all vendors are listed on statements not just cryptic bank numbers that leave you hanging as to who the charge belongs to. Sasha and Joel are super professional and easy to reach when there is questions. When I have entered the bank there is always someone to greet you and help. We really appreciate you guys.

This branch is terrible. Too many machines and too little competent help. Avoid this branch no matter what. They should receive negative stars

Lousy bank - all they do is junk mail you, and nothing you do - talking to their so called "privacy team" or whatever - will stop them.

Really friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in. If you've got business with the teller there's always that odd transition of them having to leave the area to go to some secret backroom lab where the secret moneys are hidden by what I can only image are elves stacking the notes and they're magical and that's why they leave you at that free-standing teller station for a little bit... to keep that magical secret. If you have questions for a banker at the "adult" desk table cubbies - very helpful, kind, and patient. Fun folks to talk to. It's my favorite Chase.

I'm not sure why this bank got poor reviews. I decided to come here to open a checking account. I was a Chase customer several years ago but decided to come back. This Chase is super modern and technologically advanced. It has ample parking and easily accessible ATMs. The moment I walked in, though all of the agents were busy, they took time to greet me and told me they'd be right with me. They gave me great service. Made the process super easy. They not only opened my checking account but they printed checks for me right there, set up my mobile banking, and also created my debit card while I waited. I'm super happy to be back with Chase and that I chose to come to this location to begin our banking relationship. This will definitely be my go to bank from now on!

After reading some of the bad reviews here, I was a bit skeptical wether to go to this branch or not. I decided to make my own opinion and walked in. Here is what I thought: The Bank location is very convenient on a corner that I pass daily no matter what, yes to certain times the traffic can be a bit annoying, but that's Mill Valley! The architecture of the Bank is very nice and welcoming, inside and out! The inside is bright and fresh, with glass offices. This is quite a modern bank, and I mean this in a good and bad way. ;) There are several big, modern banking tablets and ATM in this Bank, however there are no typical Bank Tellers for a more personal transaction process. I can see how this change might not be as welcoming especially for the elder, who are not familiar with using tablets/computers. The lack of tellers did't bother me much, because when I walked in, I was immediately welcomed by a friendly woman. She asked me if I needed help with anything and offered me a coffee and seat while I waited for a banker. I waited less than 2 minutes and Marcia, a very friendly and competent banker walked me to her "office". I had very specific questions and was pleased with all her answers. She explained everything in an easy and very friendly manner. I am glad I had decided to make my own opinion, and am happy to be a new Chase customer! I think this business is a great, fresh addition to our community.

First kudos to the architect, the building looks really nice from outside and is so much nicer than the old gas station... Now to my experience Called the bank directly (not 800number) 4 days after they opened and tried to see if they had any safety deposit boxes, they did not know. Walked to the branch which looks and feels like car dealership from inside. Was politely welcomed by staff and was told the demand for deposit boxes is high and their manual system not so efficient (new branch, new system, I understand). They took my contact number and my email and perhaps 5x repeated they would call me the following Monday... two weeks later, still waiting for my call
