“When everyone was frantically searching for the first covid vaccine people were traveling to other cities to just get an appointment. Because of my zip code I could only book in San Francisco. Rite aid had a cancellation and booked me in, no waiting after my appointment date I was through in 15 minutes, clean, not crowded and a separate room to be in. Same experience with all the other shots, store is a nice place to shop and plenty of parking. So much nicer than my chaotic over crowded CVSIn Tiburon,”

“This store is super convenient. And, the people who work here are great. When PG&E cutoff power, there was a run on ice. Safeway, Wholepaycheck, the liquor store, everyone in town was sold out. The clever staff here let customers fill bags of ice using the soda machine ice maker. That saved me a bundle by keeping my cooler cold.”

“On and off resident of town valley for 30 years. I've always use this for Walgreens. Since the unfortunate Covid situation and seems that the work force has depleted substantially and it's stirred, it has risen a disgruntled workforce. None of us know where each of us is coming from what our days are, like, what are family situations are like in none of that matters when there's a business exchange, it should be pleasant and respectful at least. This is not been my experience at this place for the past couple years. However, I called my call was answered within five minutes has not happened in years.A young lady named Avery assisted me. She was so polite and so kind and so professional. I never thought I would come back to this Walgreens, but I absolutely will because of Avery. I have not met her but her customer service skills made the difference between me, never coming back and me, choosing to only say good things about Walgreens in general, and as always for the Walgreens in my hometown: off shoreline highway. Promote that young lady! The amount of hostility for me even the pharmacist himself not wanting to answer questions rushing someone off the phone or even hanging up experience and a lot is very sending to me and it affects our community.Feeling anxious to even give Walgreens a call, let alone go by in person… I am not looking forward to being able to, without hesitation, or fear, use Walgreens as my pharmacy in my local store hub messages. The staff in the store separate from the pharmacy has always been lovely, informative, And incredibly kind. Thank you for whoever hired Avery she is one in 1 million and I'm very grateful to be treated not only with humanity but with kindness, patience, professionalism, and a heightened innate innately. Intuitive sense of dedication to her work and customer service for the customers experience overall. She went above and beyond with some thing I repeatedly struggle with in getting one medication refilled on the monthly basis. Thank you thank you, thank you, Avery. You offered a solution I knew to be true, but that no one else has been willing to do the work and extra steps I can't do on anyone's behalf… for the past six months. “I don't know what's with all the negative reviews. I got my updated booster vaccination here and everything went great. They even let me get it earlier than my appointment time. I liked the private booth where they do it. The guy who did the shot was friendly, quick and easy, didn't even feel it. I was a little surprised they didn't make me wait 15 minutes afterwards but that's fine. It is my 4th COVID shot after all. Was in and out sooner than expected. Standard Walgreens location.”
“I don't usually review gas stations (this is the 2nd one ever) but this Chevron is just nice. Not a big station (8 pumps) but always bright and clean, there's always clean soapy water for windshield cleaning, best price in the area. You can tell that the owner takes care of her/his station very well. I live in the area and this is the only station I go.”
