Just waited on hold for 25 mins only to hear someone pick up the phone and hang it up on me. Also you should know even though it's not listed on their hours and they have no signs they take a lunch break and close down daily.

When everyone was frantically searching for the first covid vaccine people were traveling to other cities to just get an appointment. Because of my zip code I could only book in San Francisco. Rite aid had a cancellation and booked me in, no waiting after my appointment date I was through in 15 minutes, clean, not crowded and a separate room to be in. Same experience with all the other shots, store is a nice place to shop and plenty of parking. So much nicer than my chaotic over crowded CVSIn Tiburon,

Rosa who say she is a boss is VERY RUDE and made my child cry because she wouldn't let him play with a singing Christmas toy that u press a button to make sing. She said you have to buy it. She is absolutely ridiculously rude and should be fired immediately I will be reporting her.

The pharmacy here is shockingly bad. The line seems long no matter what time of day you go, and there is never more than one attendant. The counter is filthy (behind the giant sneeze guard) and I watched a clerk repeatedly bang a mouse on the table to try and get an ancient looking terminal to work. The staff look exhausted and frazzled. A pharmacist (or clerk) outright lied to me about whether they had something in stock, I think to reduce the line, and I really don't blame them. This place needs new management!

They never have my meds ready when they say they will and do not notify me when they wont have them in time so I have to go days without meds I need daily. Will never go back here.

This pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. I have never waited less than 45 minutes to speak with someone, and then that person is inevitable rude and unhelpful. I hate that my insurance provider makes me use CVS.

I am standing here watching the pharmacy employees attempting to locate a lost prescription. All of them, frantically searching the tiny little racks and scurrying like hamsters (I am imagining the Benny Hill theme song as I watch) as the line gets longer and looooonger. Not one looking while the other handles customers...apparently this is how they get their exercise. Yay! Finally one proudly holds the missing bottle aloft! We're saved! Two long people later, I'm now told they have no record of my refills, which I had ordered online for convenience. Now they got my birthdate wrong after I've said it at least 3 times...maybe there is something for me, after all! (Cliffhanger music) Now there's only one employee and he's searching the racks...wait! Yes! Here it is! Ring it up...almost done...so close..."Do you have insurance?" "Yes, you have my insurance because I've been forced to come to this pharmacy for years." "Well do you have your card with you? I don't see it." Watch floor employee come up and gossip with pharmacy staff about employee who quit (shock!) while pretending to check my insurance. "We can give you a pill of each while we wait to verify the insurance you've had on file here for literally years. Would you like a pill of each?" Yeah, sure, let me take all my medication, why not, YOLO right?! Sorry for the lengthy review, but this is basically real time as I type this out and each thing is so much dumber than the last that I feel compelled to record it for posterity. Leaving with 2(!) pills of each prescription, approximately 36 minutes, 6:36pm 8-18-23, I will pray for the 3 people in line behind me because they close at 7 lol.

In these last months the difference is big but, what is not all is that they do not have enough employees and that is why they cannot help us when we need to ask something but the manager what time has never seen much difference all the time has a smile and always up to 100 to help their customers but, something I realize they short of employees. ‘’They hire more employees’’ throughout the Bay Area to the company I know that a taqueria has more employees than a large company. I would like that change because we love to shop in cvs. Give this store 10/1031239355241524547

This CVS is always the perfect spot for all of the personal needs shopping. It’s never too busy. It’s close to great spots for a quick, easy, inexpensive bite. Close to everything around here.

I would avoid using this pharmacy if you can. The pharmacy staff is consistently short with patients and among the rudest I've ever experienced. The store is a mess. CVS needs to fix this.

This review is an update to my previous review on February 21st. Still no response from the CEO at CVS therefore, one must assume that it is a CVS corporate policy to intentionally mislead the public about covid tests. There are two sets of tests sold at CVS, one at the front retail counter and one at the pharmacy which accepts health insurance (the front counter doesn't accept insurance). The non-insurance cost is $70 higher than the insurance cost at the pharmacy, but the retail and pharmacy people don't tell you any of that.

I see I'm not alone in having an extremely poor experience of this pharmacy. March 2 at 5pm. Asian pharmacist with long dark hair and the caucasian male at register. Wow what a duo of shockingly inaccurate, lazy, unkind, rude, inept, strange, and just outrageously bad service. It was not at all crowded and these two could not have been more obnoxious and bad. Please CVS, fire these people! They harm your good name.

Always have a bad experience at this poor excuse for a pharmacy. Employees in pharmacy are outright hostile, telling me to pay cash if I can’t wait A FEW DAYS for them to figure out how to bill my insurance. No decency. Awful place

I went here for a simple item and could not find it. I stopped a staff member to ask where I could find the item. Before I got my request out she said “I am busy”. I said “I just want to know which aisle has hand sanitizer”. She responded “ I said I am busy”. I followed her and watched her walk behind the check out counter and stand there behind another employee that was checking someone out. She did nothing. I asked for her name and was told it was Ti or Ty. I was warned not to go in this store because the staff is very rude and unhelpful. I should have listened and gone to Rite Aid instead.
