Not real impressed with this dealership, based on my last few interactions. I think if are able to purchase your Ferrari through another dealership, that might be something to consider. I won't be dealing with Ferrari of SF any further. I wish them well, but how they do business is not for me.

I just completed my second purchase with Jeff, and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with both times. He made both my wife and I feel very comfortable from the moment we met.Jeff is a fountain of knowledge about the Ferrari brand. He knows all about the currently available cars, as well as their history and how they have evolved over time. He is also very familiar with my current cars, both Ferrari and from other brands, so he can always quickly offer comparisons and contrasts that resonate with me.Jeff and his team have been fantastic partners to me in helping me get immersed in the Ferrari brand. They have taken me to track days, rallies, driving courses, and social events. I am looking forward to picking up my third prancing horse from him once it arrives from port later this month!

I'm currently thinking about acquiring a pre-owned Prancing Horse. I have been window shopping online for a few months and I actually met the Manger Mark by accident. We were chatting (I didn't know he was the GM at the time) and he mentioned several things that I thought was very interesting.I had the misconception that working with a Ferrari retailer was going to be a less than pleasant experience based upon what i've heard. Hence my online searching. However based upon my conversation, I may have the wrong idea.Mark was very upfront, genuine and a pleasure to talk with. It wasn't until late in the conversation that he mentioned he was the GM. His whole philosophy was centered around what is the right thing to do in the rare event an issue comes up. Keep the ownership experience an excellent one and to maintain the highest level of brand integrity which I appreciate and strive for in my business dealing as well.I went to the dealership the very next day.The overall experience was excellent. The visual aesthetic of the building, location and how the product(s) are presented are top notch. I met a gentleman by the name of Jeff and talked Ferrari, other cars and track experiences while he gave me a tour of the facility. He is VERY detailed, I like that. My son was with me and he really liked it as well.Unfortunately the model I saw online was out for maintenance which is probably a good thing as I would have come home with a new-to-me Ferrari. My wife would've killed me.There was a Black on Black (Nero on Nero) one on-site and that had about 90% of what I was looking for. However, If i'm spending this much on a driving experience I want it to be EXACTLY what I want. I don't want to have any thoughts in the back of my head about missing out on the Carbon Fiber trim haha.I will continue to do some research on my end but I will DEFINITELY make my purchase from Ferrari of San Francisco when I do decide to pull the trigger.

I have been to this dealer several times. I actually have a car on order. I was personally invited to the unveiling of the new Purosangue this past Tuesday. The "receptionist" (and I use that term loosely) Julie McLisky is very unfriendly and unprofessional. Wouldn't let me go anywhere in the showroom until someone escorted me to a sitting area in the back. Today I went in to meet with my salesman (she didn't even remember me), he was on break so I went to the side of the showroom to go to the restroom and she stopped me and yelled from her desk SIR! SiR! you cant go back there. I said I'm going to the restroom. ( I wanted to say something else but won't post that here). Needless to say I was very upset by being treated like some dirt bag. I pulled into the dealership in my 300k Lamborghini and spent more money on cars than she would spend on 10 of her lifetimes. After my restroom break I walked out of the dealership. I have been in high-end/high profile customer service for many years and have never spoken to a customer like that. I will be cancelling my order, taking my money elsewhere and never coming back unless Julie McLisky is fired. She is a horrible representation of the Ferrari brand and does not need to be in the customer service industry. Period.

It was always a dream of mine to own a Ferrari . Ash Tawadros and James Chou made the dream a reality! They were so helpful and sincere that I actually consider them friends after the year and half wait for my new dream car They demystified the whole process and helped me select options and educated me on the Ferrari acquisition adventure.Totally professional , genuine , and kind as well as down to earth I was intimidated walking into the dealership because I felt a super car was not for mere mortals like me .It was for celebrities or dot come billionaires ! They made me feel welcome and spent time educating me on the different models and making me feel at ease .I ordered the F8 Spyder and it was handmade to my specifications.Live your fantasy !!See Ash and James !!

I can't say enough about they service I received here. More than 5 stars. I just bought for myself a 488 and the transaction was seamless. Just ask yourself if you'd rather finally take delivery of a rarri in SF or in some place that's snowing half the year. Boom. Golden for each gate they have

Exceptional! I cannot say enough great things about Lee Perkins and Tom McAfee. They helped me secure the perfect car, coordinate an out of state purchase and delivery. They are across the country but I will continue to work with them often. Thank you!

peter chiappone completely ruined it for me. complete lack of customer service/care. i actually just ended up leaving because he was just rude all around like buddy… you are selling me the car not buying the car don’t be entitled to be rude because your some ferrari salesmen. ended up calling Ferrari South Bay & the guy Johnathan Price was so nice offered free shipping on a 458 spider right to peters dealership so that’ll be the day…

Great dealer. Bought a used Ferrari from Ash and it was a wonderful experience. Efficient and easy. And yes it should always be a great experience when spending all this money. but I've bought a used car from a different Ferrari dealership and it was a very medicore experience.
