My two teen girls made appointments for mani&pedis yesterday and when they were finished my daughter said please add a 10% tip to the bill. The woman said “no 20%” and while my daughter and her friend said again, “10% percent please” she said no 20% and added the 20 percent gratuity onto my card. Not to mention no prices were posted and it was a $200 mani/pedi for two teens. So with the $40 tip on top I’d say we won’t be going back. My daughters toes also smeared on her way home as they make the girl exit with wet toes… I think this salon sees mill valley teens with a credit card and just makes up pricing as they fee fit. Hmmmm… I’d say choose elsewhere…Services: Pedicure

Nope. Moved here from San Francisco where there are a plethora of good nail salons at reasonable prices. For example I used to get a $55 gel manicure and regular pedicure around the corner from my house in Jordan Park. Came here and expected a relaxing environment with good service and a good mani pedi. My nail shaping were ok and, they rushed the service. Then come to pay and find out that my polish was "special" and cost more? What the f is that about? My polish was a regular brand polish. Nothing fancy about it. But, why don't you tell me this up front? Weird. I have never had this happen not even in the high end salons in NYC where I have paid $80 for a pedicure, but that was an special spa experience. I am moving on to other salons. I hope this experience is a one off and other MV salons are normal.

I went with 2 other women to get manicures and/or pedicures. The prices were not posted and I had a dip French manicure. The employee did not seem to know what she was doing, spending nearly 2 hours to get my nails “acceptable”. When I got to the register, I was FLOORED when she said $80! For one mediocre dip manicure. 100% would not recommend!Services: Dip powder

I had the best manicure here! I wanted to do something fun for summer and the women were so excited and happily agreed. They took the time to make sure the colors were like the ones I showed in the picture and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be back for fun nails in the future :)

Got a pedicure there this week... They are doing a good job with distancing and sanitizing... First pedicure since March and they did a great job! Will definitely go back. There is an option to have it done outside but it was cold so I went in... There was only one other person in there getting a pedicure...

Great nail salon in MV that is open during Covid. Got services done outside, in a social distanced environment. Everything is thoroughly sanitized. A little pricey, $100 for a gel mani-pedi, however you will not be disappointed. Always happy with my nails when I get them done here. Also, they're taking extra steps to provide a sanitized and clean environment during Covid.

The worst pedicure ever. Terrible experience. The receptionist was very rude and dismissive. Some of the staff does not speak English at all and talk to each other as if you were not there, unaware that body language is also a form of communication.

My 17yo daughter went here with her friend and they double charged her. I called my bank to complain and file a change we lost the claim because my daughter didn’t have the receipt. We lost $50 to this place. Buyer beware. Hold on to your receipts!
