I consistently have a great experience with all the staff at Fuel 24:7. They are my go-to when I need a tire patched, a headlight changed, and most of the other maintenance issues with my VW or BMW. The staff are friendly, flexible, and consistently go above and beyond. It’s the kind of place that makes me happy to live in a place like Mill Valley. I’ll be back.

I wouldn't rate the quality of fuel at this gas station meeting the TOP TIER spec. You should avoid it if you drive a European car. It is fine for your average Prius though.

My car battery ran out at the Whole Foods on Miller and I walked the 2 blocks to 24/7 to see about getting a jump or battery. I arrived at 4:02 and the mechanic said he couldn't help me because he closed at 5pm. I said, "but it is 4:02, " and he replied, "I got things to get in order, call AAA." He said go to Masters or Jiffy Lube. I said, "sell me a battery, then" and he said he didn't want to deal with the paperwork. I pled with him that I didn't want to walk 5 blocks carrying a 25# battery to Masters. Finally convinced him to sell me the battery... Unbelievably unhelpful....

Clean with okayish priced gas. Honestly probably a four star gas station. $80 for a smog test though lol. Wish someone had let me know BEFORE I got to the front desk. Yikes.

The manager Emerson goes above and beyond. I had a complicated scheduling issue occur when I needed to get a truck I was purchasing smogged but couldn't be present due to multiple scheduling conflicts on my behalf. He helped me and the seller solve the issue. I have gone to this gas station for years but am extra happy to know it is run by such a stand up person. Thank you Emerson.

I wish I could give more stars. What can I say, these folks have saved my bacon again and again. I went out to drive my 1995 P.O.S. truck at 7:30 Friday morning to find it wouldn't turn over. Clearly there was battery, but the engine didn't engage. Tried jumping before that with one of those toy chargers you can get anywhere as well as neighbors' cables. Finally, I called AAA thinking maybe battery had enough juice but not enough current. Nooooope. AAA called for a tow and asked me where I wanted them to take the truck. Hmmm.... take it to the popular yuppie place with high-end cars? I thought I could depend some neighborly help from them, a local shop. When I called them and they told me their hourly rate, I recalled a bad incident where they almost gouged me hard for what turned out to be a very simple repair that I got done for 1/7th the cost in San Francisco. While the AAA tow was getting ready, I also called 24:7 and remembered all the times 24:7 helped me in a jam with nails in my tires, new tires and shocks, dead batteries, and so on....right away, and reasonable. I felt so much better after calling 24:7 even though they told me they might not be able to diagnose it that day, but they did! Their hourly rate was about 10% better than the high-end place! AAA took the truck there and a few minutes later I went to 24:7 to make sure they had all the info and my permission. Later that day, they gave me low-down on what was wrong but that the part wasn't available yet and that it would be done Monday! Early Monday morning they called to tell me exactly what was wrong, exactly when it could be finished, and exactly how long it would take, and when to expect it! They then texted me later in the morning.....1.5 hours BEFORE it was supposed to be ready...yes. EARLIER! After explaining it to me, another old dude who USED to work on his own cars, I completely understood the issue and they even gave me the option of installing something else but would cost a lot more. Instead of pushing the added labor and part they encouraged me to wait and make sure the car was fine with the parts they did install and if there was a further problem, that they'd have the additional part ready. They actually wanted to SAVE me money! I tell you, these folks are PRO's and they are communicative and responsible. I feel kinda bad putting this out in the open as I want this to be my secret, but that's not cool. I want everyone to know how awesome this place is, and has been to me. They really saved my bacon! Again!

My family and I were looking for a restroom, (mind you we have one handicap women with us.) We asked a young man in the store begging him to let us use the bathroom, he told us to go and find a grocery store. We asked him again just to let us use his restroom when he told us to get the f*** out of his town. As we were leaving you could see him laughing and "mocking" us as we left. Very disrespectful, we don't plan on going back.

I'm only in Mill Valley for work with my big diesel box truck. My company usually fills my truck up for me at night, but every once in a while I need to fill it up on my lunch break. Whenever this happens, I choose this station to fill up. The staff is always very helpful and polite. Everything is quite clean. Most importantly, the pumps and credit card readers are very functional and efficient. It's also a very easy in and out with my box truck. There is no worry of height clearance either. All in all it's a solid local gas station

We have a regular mechanic. Great work always . However, we need the car repaired sooner than we knew our regular mechanic required. I spoke with Oscar at Fuel 24/7 in Mill Valley who assessed the problem. Left it overnight and it was repair by the next day. These guys are very thorough and explained exactly what was needed in advance. To verify their assessment they subscribe to a secondary consultancy that confirmed their diagnosis. The car was ready to go and we believe they are very reliable. The price was fair. The time to repair was quick and they offered labor and parts discount. Then they gifted us with a premium car was at Shineology valued at $57.00! And, the gasoline prices are just about the lowest in the area equal to aarco's. Check Fuel 24/7 on Miller in Mill Valley and ask for Oscar, Edward or Simioni (DP?). We are very pleased with their work!

I had 4 new tires installed on a 2 yr old Subaru. Perfect customer service start to finish. Fair pricing (they weren't cheapest, but they weren't most expensive of the 3 quotes I had). Work was done quickly, and no surprise fees/costs. 100% will go back for car services.
