I recently called to set up an appointment for the first time and the experience was very pleasant and efficient.
Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful (Axel the technician and Lee at the front desk)
Very reasonable prices and great customer service all around with any questions or concerns I had. The service was done on time and no issues whatsoever. I will definitely recommend and take my vehicle in the future.

Once again, Masters European rose to the occasion when my beloved 2012 Prius V died unexpectedly. They thoroughly explained the situation and my options, and were supportive when I chose not to do extensive repairs that would have benefitted them financially. They also advocated on my behalf with auto company reps and provided assistance in locating my desired replacement vehicle—definitely a step above and beyond! Masters offers excellent mechanical service, but it’s the way they do it with such integrity and kindness that makes me such a happy customer.
