I’m a dentist with a practice in Marin, and for years I was also my own "VP of IT". Years ago, before the onslaught of ransomware and Windows 10, it was easy to manage a network with six computers and remote access. But these days I need help. That’s why I use Dan and Microtechs.In fact, just yesterday we needed some help and sent Dan a text. Within 2 minutes he was on the job, remotely connected to our system and fixed the problem. And this was not the first time he’s helped on short notice.Dan has also secured our network to prevent ransomware from rearing its ugly head. I had been struggling with my graphics card for almost a year now. I had tons of tech give me all kinds of advice and try many different fixes but nothing worked. The techs even had me send the card back to the manufacturer to have it checked, but they found nothing wrong with it and sent it back. The manufacture had me upgrade my power supply and even that didn't work. They were about to have me send the card in again when I called Daniel at Microtechs.
Daniel spent about half an hour with me on the phone and on a remote connection to my PC. He got it fixed, and now it runs butter smooth! You can't find better service!
