I was lightly scolded for having a simple box with 6 bottles of wine that was easy to lift and carry. This has happened a few times, and yesterday was the last straw after being a loyal customer for years. Not surprised to see other remarks about unfriendly service.

Extremely rude. There is nothing more to say about these people. I only go there when I'm in a hurry and cannot make a separate trip to a regular FedEx location but every single time, every employee is ALWAYS rude as if my using and paying for their services is a huge inconvenience to them. Awful people with really bad vibes. If you hate your job that much and are angry with the world for working there, just quit.

The people that work at the PostalAnnex are consistently unfriendly and impatient. It's not a welcoming place to do business at. They also charge $2 per box that they tape up. I might as well go to the post office. I'm going to stick with the friendly people at UPS Tiburon and Tiburon Mail Service.
