Dr Aaron and Caitlyn are both a terrific help with my many physical problems, knees, shoulders, balance, getting up and down from a chair, etc. They both have such a personal and relaxed manner that I was initially surprised at their level of knowledge and skill that has helped me so much. I now expect that and when new issues arise I’m never disappointed. I highly recommend them both.

A few weeks ago, I posted an extremely enthusiastic review about Select Physical Therapy (SPT) in Mill Valley. I dealt with two different physical therapists and they were both great. However, the access and reliability of SPT leaves much to be desired. I had a bad bike accident. And, I called them to get PT. I could not get any appointments for a full three weeks. As we speak, I have had just three sessions with two different therapists. The first one left SPT for another PT office. And, now the second therapist is sick more often than not. On the first occasion, SPT called me just an hour or so before I was going to meet. The second time, today I showed up at SPT and the door was locked no one was around. I emailed the therapist to inquire if she was all right. I got no answer. Throughout my life I have had more PT than one cares to have. I have had many sport injuries. And, PT can often be very helpful. And, I have never been with a PT office that has such little back up. One single therapist services the Mill Valley location. And, if they are out for whatever reason you are out of luck. And, you are lucky if you know about it in advance. In view of that, I really can't give SPT more than a 3 rating... would you? It is too bad, because the therapists, when they are available (after waiting for 3 weeks) and when they show up (not calling in sick without your knowing) are really pretty great all around. I am not sure how SPT can conduct their business in such a fashion when there are plenty of excellent PT offices around Mill Valley. Or maybe, they can do just fine because they get customers that have no other choices given their insurance in-network constraints.

Aaron & Caitlin worked on my sciatica . they show me me exercises to do and printed sheets to bring home . I feel so much better by the 4th times. I also have planter fasciitis. They continue to work on me. Every visit, they give me a different exercise to do to for my pain. I really like the location it's a great place with nice view over the water and really easy parking. it's close to hwy 101 S. Thank you for helping me

Aaron and all the staff at Select PT in Mill Valley are excellent! Aaron is super knowledgeable, down to earth and makes me feel super comfortable. Feeling comfortable when engaging with weakened muscle, loss of balance etc is super important because injury can make one feel vulnerable! I highly recommend this place. All the staff are super friendly. I look forward to my sessions and know I will be challenged yet also incredibly supported.

Doing PT with Aaron and team is a pleasure and really helpful. Recovering from hip surgery and at 77 didn't expect this recovery to be easy. Surgery team and Physical Therapy team have really eased return to normal activity.THANKS GUYS!!

Our family moved here from the east coast a few months ago, and when my teenage son needed PT we had no idea where to take him. Select PT was able to make us an appointment without our having to wait a month and is in-plan with our insurance as well. We couldn't be happier with our choice - the physical therapists and front desk staff are so nice, they make it easy to schedule and handle all the insurance for us, and best of all, they have been smart and creative in developing a program for my son that has helped him tremendously in his mobility and in pain reduction. We've found our family PT practice. Thank you Select PT!

I feel that I have to share this given the great reviews I read. I was very disappointed with this place. I went there needing to have my core/lumbar strengthened. What I received was a photocopy of exercises and told to come back as needed. I did and received the same advice. In fact they seemed more interested in the list of exercises I found on the web. From what I saw there was also little in the way of equipment. I was about to give up and do it on my own when my doctor recommended Presidio Sports and Physical Therapy behind the Porsche dealership off Tiburon Blvd. They are great! Their people seemed much better trained and are real experts in PT. I've learned much more and started new exercises that I would not have considered and that are helping a great deal. Their facility is also much more impressive with respect to the type and number of exercise equipment. I wanted to share this as it may help someone looking to get help from trained physical therapists rather than trying to go it by themselves.

I have been working with Chris, DPT, to rehabilitate my knee post partial knee replacement. He has demonstrated great knowledge of what techniques and exercises are appropriate to fully recover the function in my knee, and specifically how to keep it healthy with my rigorous tennis schedule. He also is a personable fellow that makes interacting with him during the appointment enjoyable and educational.

I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy! Chris was extremely helpful in helping my knee recover swiftly. He was able to quickly pinpoint the sources of the pain and stiffness, knew the right manipulations, and gave me the best exercises. My husband and son also recommend Select PT and have gotten great help from Kelly and Justin.
