Figured I should update my review of Showroom since they are in a new spot in Mill Valley. All I can say is that Sloan is still the absolute BEST and I will not go to anyone else for haircuts! She is consistently amazing and I always leave her chair feeling and looking wonderful. Carley is still here as well, doing her magic in the color department!!

Sarah is an amazing colorist! I have been seeing her for about 7 years now and there has never been a time where I walked away and didn't absolutely love what she did. Sarah takes the time to truly listen to what you want and now I simply say to her do what you like because she is THAT good. She is also a lovely person and her own hair color is an inspiration.

Absolutely incredible. I got highlights and balayage done on my hair. My hair had terrible orange from at home bleaching. As well as grown in roots. I got the best hair coloring done of my life. Best hair salon. They really take their time, and are so caring. They treat their customers with so much respect. And absolutely everything you say and want is put into you and your hair.

I've been a client for many years. I travel over an hour and a half to get to the salon. I'm that loyal to George. A wonderful colorist. Recently, the services have been incredibly deeply disappointing. On two occasions they “lost†my appointments. I had to show the email confirmations to them. Today, I was told my 11am appointment was really 11:45. I waited until 12:15. I was then told they had no appointment and I would have to reschedule. No apology. Actually, so very rude. George was not in. This appt was with the colorist Sara.
