The manager is disrespectful, very rushed, bad manners, poor customer service, was not helpful at all. Will not bring service to them anymore

I really appreciated the self-service print service as a Windows user, and the staff was very helpful with my specific questions about passport photo requirements. I had a slightly nonstandard request for the print job, and the staff were able to sort everything out after we discussed the specifics of UPS' processes. Cole was very knowledgeable about the business, and definitely the superstar of the three businesses I visited trying to get prints. Big shout out to him, very detail oriented and has good eyes for the quality of the prints.

I’ve had to come in a lot to this UPS for printing, laminating, and chopping papers over the past year or so. The staff have always been kind, helpful, and patient. Their email address has been a bit confusing in the past but once you go in in-person, it’s been resolved pretty quickly.

This UPS store made mistakes with a family member's application, causing multiple delays and undue stress. Do yourself a favor and go to the post office

They need to require appointments for notarizations, especially when they have a line out the door of people trying to do things which are not so time-intensive.

These guys are awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Easy going too. And there's almost never a line. My go to for shipping and printing.

Unprofessional untrained staff. Have lost 2 packages and have been unprofessional in resolution. Had to write to UPS corporate office to get the matter resolved. The store tried (unsuccessfully) to cover up their scam through bypassing UPS corporate but it did not work.

I visit both UPS stores in Mill Valley often for shipping needs and I am always impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff is, especially given the volume of packages they handle every day. The guys and gals that work there are always efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

I went to make a single color copy at this location in Mill Valley and it turned out to be a whole ordeal. It seems the owner of the store does not want people to use the self serve machines with a USB thumb drive because they then will charge you a minimum of $3+ even if you just need one copy. The manager who was there when I went to get my color copy was not very nice about the fact that the other obviously younger and newer employee just let me use the self serve machine anyways. The poor young man got yelled at by the manager and insisted that people get charged the $3+ computer use rate in addition to the color copies "no matter what". I won't be going back there again and hope they will find a way to be more customer service friendly.

I am not one to do reviews, but I was treated with so much disrespect at this shop it was very upsetting. I asked for help printing some urgent docs for a distressing personal situation, and the young guy at the counter had awful attitude. Told me he could not help--i could do it myself on the computer. Two other customers offered to help me instead! He acted as if there was no need to help or offer kindness or respect to a woman or a human in need of help. Basic polite courtesy and a "how can i help you" would have been nice. I am not sure who the manager is but i hope management will speak with staff about how to treat paying clients
