I can't believe I'm reviewing a bank branch. But I just walked out reminded of why, even though I've moved my business to San Rafael, I drive down here whenever I need a service that requires me to enter the bank. They are genuinely gracious here and while staying entirely professional, manage to make it feel more like a visit than a chore when you come do your banking. I'm friendly. But it's not only me. I just watched them treat another woman who came in the same way. The branch on Miller Ave. in Mill Valley is also very pleasant. San Rafael branch should take lessons. Not that they're rude. But there's zero warmth. Very grateful for people who make chores something to look forward to doing.

I am outraged that Union banks are now closed on Saturdays. These new hours are a slap in the face for people who work for a living. I was trying to open an account for my daughter but now cannot do so because they have closed all the banks in my area on Saturdays and I do not get home during the week until way after the bank is closed. I may look elsewhere for a bank that cares about convenience for its customers.

These guys are always on top of things... Very friendly and willing to make that extra effort for customers.... They've got great hours and open on weekends.

Yusuf the Customer Service Manager at this location is awesome. I don't go inside the branch very often but when I do he always remembers me. I am not a high roller customer by a long shot (far from it) but he always treats me like one, and is willing to answer questions or solve a problem. The management is great, the tellers are hit and miss. Not sure if they are a trainee location or just have frequent turnover, but there always seems to be a newbie teller each time I visit. Overall a friendly branch, convenient parking right out front, and there is rarely anyone in line.
