I bought batteries. Then I realized I bought the wrong size. 4 minutes after I had paid for them, I returned and asked to return the batteries. I was told I could only get store credit. I responded that was not true. Then the manager demanded to see my receipt. The same manager who had sold me the batteries 4 minutes ago. But I had not taken my receipt with me. 4 minutes ago. Then another cashier said, "Give him the trash for to (sic) find his receipt."So I went through the trash. I am attaching a picture of the trash I was given by the store manager to go through for batteries he'd sold me 4 minutes ago. The manager disappeared into the back. I found the receipt. I asked the cashier why she'd told the manager to just give me the trash. She hurled back to me, "I didn't tell you shit!"Now she uses the word 'shit' over a couple of batteries with other customers in the store?I was shocked. I very politely asked her name as she was not wearing a name tag. She said, "No name! I have no name!"Her picture is attached here. This experience illustrates that when making a purchase decision, I can click a mouse a couple of times, get same-day delivery, and super easy returns or I can be treated rudely in person.

Every single time I come here I have an unpleasant experience. It's shocking to me they can't figure out how to provide a basic decent customer service, I'm also shocked that people will put up with it. Every time I pick up a prescription at the pharmacy the line is long and slow moving, and the personnel behind the glass are barely civil. Like you are an annoyance. Whenever I buy products with my prescriptions they simply shove the products back towards me without a bag or an offer of a bag so I end up carrying assorted loose items through the aisles. If you ask them to do anything outside the standard, like, for example, transfer a prescription to another location, they act put out and decline to help. That includes the pharmacist having attitude. It's really not hard to be nice to people and offer them assistance or even an explanation about why you're not going to offer them assistance but this crew can't manage the bare minimum.

Worst pharmacy I made an appointment to get the yellow fever vaccine and when I went to my appointment they told me they didn't have it, then I don't know why when I called they told me they did have it, I just wasted my time and gas.

Never used the pharmacy, so this is a review for the store. Aisles are clean and well stocked, and staffing is also efficient and pleasant. Never seems to be a long line here.

This pharmacy and the male pharmacist who works here make this place a nightmare. If zero stars were possible it is still two high a rating.Going on three weeks now trying to get a basic prescription that my doctor has called in twice and I've been in three times to check up on. They keep saying it's an insurance issue even though my doctor has resolved it with the insurance company. This Pharmacist is condescending, unprofessional, surly and changes his answers even when it's clearly a lie to cover his ass and refuse Any sort of accountability or general concern for a customer. He is way more interested in closing up the counter early and not following up on Previous conversations or follow ups he was supposed to be doing. If you want to be treated like you don't matter, your health doesn't matter and your business doesn't matter then this Walgreens and this pharmacist is perfect for you. Otherwise, I can't think of it the worst place to go in Marin.

Worst pharmacy. Prescription consistently delayed despite prescription was sent in days ahead of time. They need to better staff this place.

Grossly incompetent pharmacy. They've held my prescription (which has plenty of refills) hostage for over a week. Can't refill it with them and can't transfer it. They won't answer their phones for customers nor other pharmacies. Some of the staff looks high, with a completely disheveled appearance. Guy once asked for my "area code" when he really wanted my zip code. Would be surprised if the clown graduated HS. Avoid this place.

Called the pharmacy to make sure prescriptions my doctor had called in were in stock. They said yes, the medications were in stock and would be ready to pick up by 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:45. The guy behind the counter told me one of my prescriptions was out of stock, and that they couldn't send the Rx to another Walgreens because it was a controlled substance. Then they opened a big box randomly sitting atop a shelf and discovered they had the medications. They made me wait almost an hour for these prescriptions and were really rude about it. I wish I had other alternatives...

God, where do I start? Made a photo pickup order on Tuesday, got a notification two hours later that it was ready. Called that same night just to check, they say their machine is broken but will be fixed the next morning. Call the next afternoon (Wednesday) at 3pm, they say the machine is fixed and my order should be ready. Came last Thursday. Waited an entire hour for the lady to search (very poorly) and pretty much ask the same questions over what size it is, what name is on the order, and my phone number. For some reason, it never came in our records. Later on, some jock ding-dong working as the cashier (who looked and acted like he hated working there, which I understand entirely,) gave me massive attitude when asking about the Walgreens Rewards program. Also have had two separate incidents of the indian men working here yelling unprovoked at people, including me and my boyfriend. One does not need to shout "ONLY ONE PER ORDER!" or "THEY MUST BE THE SAME KIND! NO MIX MATCH!" at the top of their lungs. They suck. Anyways, all these one star reviews at least let you know how little the store cares for anyone. And the barcodes don't set off alarms, so... may the odds be ever in your favor yall.

Well, I called in my prescription, and a half hour later, my parol officer appeared at my door. I was arrested for a very serious parol violation and spent the next two years back in prison. When I was finally released and got back home, I went to Walgreens to pick up that prescription they said was ready. When I got there, they said it was still being filled - two years later. That's how slow this Walgreens is... god help us all.

I go to this pharmacy only out of proximity to home, and hope for the best each time. Sometimes it works out in under an hour, once in a while no cars are in line and it's relatively painless, other times I have a long wait inside or outside to read on my phone. Staff seems apathetic and lethargic. The front register clerk with the beard is the bigger reason why I don't care to go back. He's usually not friendly but recently he was extremely rude almost bordering on verbally abusive. He got agitated when I was putting in my credit card (at a normal pace, not slowly) and yelled out of nowhere "why are you so slow" and reached over to the pay pad that I was using to pay with a credit card and punched a couple of buttons. That messed up the transaction, and he huffed that he had to start over. I went to Rite Aid across town the next time and the employee at the register was so pleasant and polite.

Had a COVID test appointment and showed up 5 minutes early, per the email instructions. At my appointed time, I rang the pharmacy by the drive in window and they told me to come back in 30 minutes because they were "out to lunch." This was at 1:45 pm. Not sure why they would take my appointment during their scheduled lunch break at 1:45 pm. -- Update (30 minutes later) -- pulled back into the drive thru pharmacy and now there's a line of cars waiting. I hope they still take me, because I need to get tested. -- Update --- an hour after my appointment I finally got my test

Quite honestly this is the most poorly run, despicable business in town. We need to band together, demand they be s*** down, and put in a methadone clinic that will receive more attention from the state, and it's patrons. The motto of the pharmacy, "come back in ten minutes." Stop going here. Help them die a graceful, deserving death. And go online. Or CVS. it's truly comical.

Went there for prescribed medication, waited in line for 20 minutes then they could not find the prescription. I showed them my phone with doctor's messages to me and they finally found the prescription. Told me it would be another 20 minutes. Two days later I went back hoping it would be ready. Another 20 minutes in line only to find that prescription was still not ready. Stood there and waited until they put the ten tablets in a jar. Ridiculous.

After being on the phone for 2 hours I still have not been able to speak to a representative. They hung up on me once. My prescription should have been filled weeks ago but I'm still having problems getting it filled.
