Maria Narvárez is one of the sweetest employees at 24. She makes everyone feel very welcomed and always brings a smile to everyone’s face. She always has a positive attitude and her smile is contagious. Not only does she have an amazing personality but she is great at what she does and takes her job very serious.

Maria Narváez is the sweetest and I look forward to seeing her friendly face at the gym everyday. Not only is she an amazing employee but she sets a strong example for others to show respect and support. I also love interacting with Maria at the front desk, she’s always welcoming me with a big smile and positive energy. This is by far my favorite location to visit. I’m excited for other to experience this healthy environment too.

Wish you guys will consider closing a little later, perhaps pre pandemic hours. 8pm or 9pm on weekend is way too early. Gym is always crowded like what other reviewer stated, so maybe it will spread out the crowd if it close a little later.

It’s not open 24 hours as the name suggests… tried to come early in the morning on a Saturday and found the doors locked. Also, the gym has been really crowded each time I’ve visited (not the gym’s fault, I guess) so maybe it’s worth paying a premium for a better experience elsewhere. 2.5 stars

I bought a 1-week pass here. It was more expensive than 6-months at my regular gym. On Saturday morning I arrived 15 mins after the opening. 6:15am and waited till after 7:00am. Someone evidently missed their shift. No one covered. What a mess. I was waiting with several individuals who stated that this is becoming "the norm" on the weekends.

Love my gym. Been coming here for almost a decade now. But someone who works here keeps playing Fox News and nobody can change the channel. I’d change my review when the channel is changed.

The 24hr Millbrae gym (which is not open 24hr) location is a fiasco, unfriendly staff filthy equipment, unsanitary steam rooms and sauna, mold, spider webs urine and feces in bathroom stalls... wish there was something positive to add but down to their early closing times this gym leaves a lot to be desired.

This is the worst gym I have ever been to... and I've been to a lot of gyms in my life starting back in High School. When you enter, be prepared to not be greeted or acknowledged by their staff that's perpetually on instagram. It's alright, you don't have to say hi... that's not the problem. It's the absolute level of filth at this place. The locker room is so disgusting, I change in the adjacent parking lot after work. That's how bad it really is. Often times, I see that I am the only person who actually brings a towel for their workout. The floors, the weights, benches, mats... literally everything is dirty here. I don't know what kind of operation 24 Hr fitness corporate is running, but it is clear they don't care. Think I already wrote a similar review months ago. Nothing has changed.

I'm going to just leave 5 stars for this place because it is literally the cleanest 24 I've been to in the bay area. It's not perfect, but the locker room is far cleaner than any other. I've been to the new 24s that just opened and within a couple weeks they have mold and black dirt all over the place. They should hire a janitor like the one they have at this location, at all the locations. I have no idea why the company can't hire people to do a decent clean of the gym.

I reactivated my 24hr fitness membership and this is my first time at this location. It's similar to most outdated 24hr gyms in the bay area. It was easy to check in with the mobile app and start my workout. I noticed many of the equipment is old...some were broken and not correctly labeled. The gym is okay for only paying $20-$30 a month. It reminds me of a highschool/college gym - nothing special - just enough to get a good sweat.

Hey there! So, 24 Hour Fitness is a pretty convenient gym if you're looking for a place to work out anytime, day or night. They offer a bunch of machines and different classes to try, which is pretty neat for mixing up your workouts. The best part? It's open 24/7, perfect for those of us with busy schedules. The staff is also super friendly and always ready to assist. Overall, it's a solid choice for getting your fitness on. Though there's room for improvement, I'd still give it 4 stars!

Coming to this gym when I’m in this town for work makes me realize how grateful I am for the 24 hr in my hometown, sac. I’ve been coming here everyday after work, 5ish, and it’s always the SAME people/squad hogging up the same machines. I don’t even get a chance to use the squat rack because there’s already a whole group waiting for it. I wish there was another bigger 24hr close, oh well. 4-8PM is terrible

Worst gym I’ve ever been to! Millbrae location. Went there for the first and last time. Wish there was a zero star option!Unfriendliest staff ever - rude when I asked questions. I took the 3-day trial pass to try out, thank goodness for those trial passes. Wouldn’t be getting membership.Dirty restrooms and locker rooms. Out of the 3 lady restrooms, only one was working. The other two were overflowing. Disgusting. The sauna and steam room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while!I wish I had taken pics.
