Customer service was excellent, staff was very kind and generous. Kansas at the front desk went above and beyond for request and provided the best service. Thank you again for everything, I will book again with Aloft Millbrae in the future!

Except for the proximity to the airport, it would be nice to go out a bit and stay there.
Please note that breakfast is not included and it may be inconvenient to travel to nearby cities.
It takes about 5 minutes (by car) to reach Millbrae Town, and there are local restaurants nearby, so it's okay to walk, but I don't recommend walking. English lobster nearby is okay.
The interior of the hotel is clean and well maintained and the service is average. I think it would be nice if the people working at the hotel would provide a bit more friendly service that would make you smile.
There is a light snack corner and vending machines installed, and the lobby is large, so the use of space is a bit disappointing.
The rooms are well-maintained, but the route is from the elevator to the inside, so it may be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

Stained carpet, not to much to talk about here. I feel like this place resembles a dark dingy college dorm vibe. The hotel shuttle sounds if it’s ready to break down at any moment.
Downstairs lobby areas feel like a preschool or daycare. Lacks in adult vibe .

Good walk along the water to watch planes take off and land. Nice walk to several restaurants within 1 mile. The hotel is really nice, clean, spacious, and good value.

Very loud and roudy group in the WZXY bar area, next day when we checked out, 2pm, there were beer bottles on the bar and tables, broken glass on the floor and table.
That's 14 hours later! Not the best, since the front desk staff could see the mess all day long, It's not their job, I guess, so it stayed there for everyone to see whether checking in or leaving.
It's was just very odd.
I was going to take a picture of it, but my wife told me not to, LOL.
On a positive note, they have a nice washer/dryer.

Always stay here when flying out of SFO. It’s always great to be here. The people are nice. The rooms have always been amazing. Great night sleep before an early flight.
Beware the naysayers below, they give off entitled vibes. This hotel is a great stop before your flight.

Need more washing machines and dryers, 1 of each is not enough. Please buy more they are not expensive for how much they get used

I go there for just only location.
I ordered breakfast bacon egg and tomatoes
It comes out without tomatoes and nobody told me they ran out the tomatoes. Feels robbed i am exhausted because of long flight so I will not go downstairs and do some complaints.
I just cant believe I ordered oatmeals and sandwich for 20 dollars but it does not even have ingredient I wanted to have.

Pros
- Close to the airport. Which can also be a con.
- Nice lobby with lots of sitting room.
- My room was huge. Got one with a king size bed.
- Fitness center.
- Indoor swimming pool.
- My room was fairly quiet with the exception of the con below. But I slept like a baby.
- Tacos was great at the restaurant.
- Free hotel shuttle!!

-Close to the airport and throughout the day and night you will hear the planes take off.
- Mini mart is very pricey. $3.75 for a bottle of water and Chocolates are close to $5.00.

We checked in, went out on the town, and we were turning in when we found a hair in the bed. We called to the front desk and they were very professional and courteous. They offered to move us without questioning us, which we did. I would go back.

Love the aloft.Kiara was super sweet and chatted with me about specific room choice. Fun vibe. Great seating everywhere. Right by the water and the airport. Couldn’t pick a better hotel.
