I hate to post this review because I do like how this salon does my nails. I just hate the vibe. My friend who referred me warned me no one talks there which I was okay with because I like to just chill when I am getting my nails done. I like to look online for colors I like and then try and find something similar at the nail salon. Every place I have gone to has always helped me find a color if I needed help. At Alpha Nails, not the case. Every time I ask the lady who runs the front desk (I think she is one of the owners) she clearly is not interested in helping me, no matter how many times I try to ask. Instead she keeps shoving the book, with the nail colors, in front of me asking if I have chosen a color yet. Pretty comical. I promise you it is not a language barrier. She understood exactly what I was asking. Today, I wanted to know what chrome polish does to the base color. It was like pulling teeth so I just went ahead and chose a color hoping it would be similar to the one in the photo I showed her. Meanwhile, the owner just went back to her desk and was glued to her phone. Trust me, she was not busy. Needless to say, when I left the salon, my nails were nowhere near the color in the photo I had shown her. She DID NOT have time to help me with the nail color(s) BUT she sure made herself available to collect my money. The owners could learn a lot from the nail techs who do the pedicures. They are always super kind and polite, say hello, and make sure you are happy with what they are doing. The owners, not so much.

I had been dying to go to this salon for YEARS but wouldn't let myself get nails because I was having babies back to back. Lol but now that the baby factory is officially closed, I finally treated myself to my first ever Gel X tips and I am in loooooove with so many things. 1) Guy was my nail tech and he took off my acrylic set and put a new Gel X set in one hour. (The last tech who did my acrylic set took 1 hours with no design) 2) I showed Guy my inspo pic, he took one look and was like yup LIKE A PRO. Lol Let me tell you I am now officially spoiled, I won't go anywhere else. Pro tip - you can text the business to make an appointment.

I have found my new go-to nail salon! I am so happy that I decided to come here after a friend recommended it to me. I usually go to a different salon, but this place is way better. I really appreciate how they were able to schedule my appointment so late in the day at 6 pm. T here was no wait, and I was out of there in almost 30-40 minutes. It was the fastest nail appointment I've ever had, and the quality of the nails is the best I've ever received. I will definitely be coming here from now on!

Alpha nails is the cleanest nail salon that I have ever been to. All who work there are friendly. Their schedule is very precise where they are never over crowded like all other salons. It is a welcomed relief not to be on top of the next person in a crowded chaos atmosphere. Guy, who is my manicurist, is very meticulous and takes his time to complete my nails to perfection.
