She just finished a review of all my policies (home, several cars, tenant insurance and two rental owner policies). Winnie's recommendations saved me money on my homeowner policy (while significantly increasing coverage) and her recommended changes to my other policies increased coverage and increased liability protection at very little cost increase. Please don't ever retire, Winnie!”

Recently I was had a note from my lender missing my cabin proof of insurance and had issues getting things uploaded properly. First a serious accident 3 months ago with $10K of damages, then my rental car was broken into, after one month got my car back and it started making this loud noise like a bearing wearing down. The State Farm central office send me a notice that they did not think it was caused by the accident and so on...
Throughout this process Heidi and her team was always there to help to communicate to the State Farm Claims department, provided helpful advice, got involved coordinating conference calls between the Ford dealer and the Claims department and got them to accept the fact that the additional $1400 in damages were due to the original accident and expedited and solved other problems for me.
Heidi and her team went out of their way to help. I have had insurance agents for many years and most of them were either difficult to reach or were difficult to get help from. I cannot imagine that any one of those would have done what Heidi did for me. You can't go wrong with Heidi.”
