Worst branch ever. I don't go there often, but every time I'm there and need to talk to a banker, I'm told: "it's gonna be a two hour wait."

It needs more qualified staffing. Often a single teller from presumably five tellers with a long line of customers. Painfully and tine wasteful experience! I'm

I was at the bank yesterday since I spoke to a customer service person regarding a charge on my credit card. They said I can go to any Bank of America to fax them the information. I spoke with the Merrill Lynch employee who then walked me over to the bank representatives in the class cubicle. The first 2 were busy with customers with nobody else waiting. At the third cubicle there was a gentlemen there and when she asked him to help a customer he said, "I am going to lunch". I have several personal/business.invesements account with B of A/Merrill Lynch. Then again, it should not matter all customers should be treated with respect. I left and told the ML rep that he was rude. I went to the South SF branch and they were happy to help me.

Tala is the worst teller at this location. Disinterested in working and ridiculously slow. The girl in the Abaya is a pathological liar who told me the manager was on lunch. Spoke with a male banker who said the branch manager does not work weekends. Complaints for this branch should be addressed to Holly O'Neill at mailto:
[email protected] Holly is head of BofA's retail banking. Emails might get replies or go into a black hole....

Can someone from corporate please come undercover as a customer so they can see what customers go through and fire the management team at this location please? Check the cameras on 3/7/2023 at 4pm. The line literally did not move for 10+ minutes. It's just laughable....

I don't have much to add beyond the other reviews. Everything here takes 30-60 minutes (even simple withdrawals). I have to come back frequently due to errors/other issues they have. Staff does the bare minimum to resolve an immediate problem and often seem to not understand the systems they're working with. This branch has finally pushed me to find a new bank after more than a decade with BofA. It's a shame.

They really need to get it together. What more an I say. No one answers the phones. Transferring $ from one account to another, was told to come back the next day to with drawl funds? Lunch time and only two tellers opened? Customer service is at its worst.

I've got a great idea, since your neighboring locations are closed why don't you stay open an extra hour! I hate B of A. Banks, lawyers, meth heads and used car salesman, your all the same.

I like Bank of America but I DISLIKE this location (mainly due to the branch manager) and it was always not the case. Me and my family been going to this location for well over 20 years. I should of wrote this review years ago when the new branch manager came on board. But today she really made my head boil. She is the worst. She should not be a manager here. The moment I encountered her, she was so rude. I even witnessed her being rude to some of the tellers. So disrespectful. And She always gives us a hard time and it was not like this before. I Honestly feel bad for the employees who have to work with her.

Really upset with Bank of America. They're liars. I came in to deposit a small check ($400) the bank teller gave me a strange explanation that their rules changed on October 17th and blah blah blah so my money wouldn't be available until the next morning. I asked her for sure that the money would be available the next morning and she once again assured me it definitely would. I agreed to deposit it anyways and went on with my day. The next day I wake up and I have an email saying that my funds are getting withheld and I won't receive my money for 12 more days.. really pissed off because I had to pay my car bill today. I called hoping they could do something like give me my check back or cancel the process and they refused even though it was THEIR mistake. After I get my money I'm switching to Wells Fargo. This isn't the first time they've lied about withholding my money.

Poor customer service! The hours are shorter because of COVID. It opens from 10am-4pm. I came here on a Monday afternoon around 3pm for a cashier's check. I was shocked that Bofa had the audacity to charge long time customers $15 for it! Other banks only charge $7 max. There was something missing in my account so the teller told me to wait for the banker. I was sitting in the lobby for a good 10 minutes when all of the bankers were completely free, no customers in their offices, and they closed their office doors. Wtf?! This is a time of COVID where customers should NOT be exposed for a long period of time because the bankers were too lazy to do their job. By the time I was done with the banker, the lines were wrapped around to the end of the hallway. There was only 2 tellers on the line too. Each transaction took another 10 minutes. I was there for a total of 30 minutes for a simple transaction. This is the WORST branch ever.
