We live in Millbrae but we'd always avoid going into this branch. Not only they don't make you feel welcomed or appreciated but they keep finding problems with my transactions thus makes us feel rejected or defeated stepping into this branch. They need customers service training! without us, they won't have their jobs. It all starts from their managers. The managers at this branch are arrogant, difficult to work with and always thinking they're always right and us the customers are always wrong?!?! We have accounts at other banks, and they're very appreciative of our business and always helpful so they make our lives easier instead of harder like this branch. By the way, on their windows they stated the ATM machine is open 7 days a week 24 hours every day. It's NOT! I went there on a Sunday to get cash, their atm machines were off!! False advertisement!

We had appointment with Tracy and we found she performed prudence and super respect and patience in our overtime appointment with her. Her clarity in explaining information to us was very helpful.

It is poorly run. The wait time is usually at least 15 mins per client in line. So if you are #3 in line you will wait 45 mins. Sometimes it Is very difficult to understand.

Standing in line with 4 people in front of me and only ONE teller!! There is a banker sitting at his desk with no customer, and a useless bank personnel standing there greeting "good morning ". Here is a tip for better customer oriented service....train all your staff to help customers even if a manager or banker has to step out of their "comfy" desk or spot and stand behind a teller window. Don't put status over customer service. We just need to do a simple transaction. We don't care if you are the banker or a manager. Role up your sleeves and don't make customers wait!!

if you need to open a new account or credit card, dont waste your time here. you have to wait at least 30 minutes as they all take their time, no sense of urgency. whats worse is if what you need from them doesnt benefit them much, they will make it sooo difficult for you, all these stupid requirements that doesnt make sense. in short, after a long wait, you go home with nothing accomplished and bunch of time wasted. dont expect anything done in one visit. and the manager that replaced benny doesnt even know what he is talking about. BUT, VIP customers is another story....$$$$$$ so those average plain guy, try credit union.....just dont waste your time here.

CitiBank Millbrae Branch has the worst customer service! Instead of not providing the basic banking assistance or answering the general questions, the staffs (Susan Su and the new branch manger) had bad attitude and used rude language towards the customer...I have been CitiBank's client for more than 20 years. The former branch manger and staffs were friendly and professional, but NOT some of the current ones. I decided to change to Wells Forgo or BOA. Period!

Yelp states 5pm, but this damn branch closes at 4pm. I know this because I went to this damn bank at 4:10p and the damn employee said they were closed & had the audacity to say "Thank you!".. for what, telling me ya'll closed??? Update your hours so we wont be wasting our time!!
