They're never there even though there's an open sign on the door. Very disappointing.

I went here for a lash lift today, and I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. While the people who work there were very sweet and friendly, the service itself was not what I was expecting. I have had lash lifts before, and decided to give this place a try after finding a Groupon. I was asked to remove my shoes and lie down on a small bed, and covered with a comforter which was a little weird but admittedly comfy. Then Jessica (the "technician") brushed something on my lashes, clamped them into something, brushed more stuff on, and told me it had to set for 20 minutes. Her service itself was only about 5 minutes, and then I actually fell asleep for the remaining 20 minutes. She came back and repeated the process again, and then I was given a mirror to look at my lashes- extremely underwhelming. My lashes were only slightly bent/crimped like they can be when using a regular lash curler. Not the super rounded curl I'm used to from traditional lash lifts. It's important to know that this place does not do traditional lash lifting with the pads, and instead use some sort of seemingly cheap system and I'm not sure how hygienic it is either. She also doesn't explain anything to you; the only thing she said at the end was that it "should last 4-6 weeks." Better off getting a lash lift somewhere else.

I got the 3D Lashes, which was extremely underwhelming ($100 for regular price?!). There was no explanation of what was happening or questions about my skin, etc, and the overall service was about 5 min (clamping my lashes and then getting perm chemical put on my lashes). Then waiting for 20 min each between two applications. Afterwards, there were no suggestions on lash care or anything. Not worth the price at all.

Jessica provides amazing customer service. I was looking to get an eyelash lift for a few months and found a 2 for $99 deal on Groupon. I was able to make a quick appointment the following week to fit my schedule afterwork at 6pm. For some reason my right eyelash turned out great and my left eyelash did not curl. I didn't notice until I was home and called the following day and Jessica told me I had to wait one week, but that she would fix it. It was a little annoying to have to make the time to go back but she was able to curl it and now both eye lashes are curled for the next two months give or take. The process takes about 40 minutes with your eyes closed. So for those with anxiety having to shut your eyes for so long can be tough but it's worth it for the results. I'm excited to find this place. I will keep comping back! Thanks Jessica!

I ended up here because I bought a Groupon for an eyelash perm. It was a bit out of the way (I live in Oakland), but a great price so I went for it. I'd expected a more typical salon, but I was delighted to find that the entire first floor is dedicated to imported Asian beauty products. In the couple minutes before my appointment, I was finally able to test the Biore Water Essence 50+ SPF I've been wanting to try for a while (I bought it). Right at my appointment time, I was led upstairs and the attendant made sure I had a second to use the restroom (the perm would take about 40 mins). So I went to the bathroom and changed into my glasses, then went into a semi-private room where the attendant laid me down on a futon-like bed (and even gave me a comforter!) She applied this little plastic contraption to each of my eyes, applied the perm solution, and left me to sit for about 20 mins with some fun and relaxing music in the background. Then she came back, removed the first contraption, applied a little eyelash serum, put another contraption on my eye, then some more perm solution and left me for another 20 minutes. In those 40 minutes, I got two quick naps in and also got some REALLY curled eyelashes. The only thing that could have been cool was if they had a tint to make my eyelashes darker -- kill two birds with one stone, ya know? This seems to be a typical service at other eyelash perm places I've looked at. However, I also know that the way they do your lashes at Dazzling is a little different so it's possible that the mechanism they're using wouldn't support a dye, too. I'll definitely be back (I got the 2-pack Groupon), and next time I'll be staying to try out a couple more products! The only con: a little hard to find. My GPS took me to the wrong shopping center. Wondering if they were potentially at a different location before? But using the actual street address instead of searching for Dazzling in Google Maps fixed that problem and it was only a 2 minute walk away!

Jessica is now a friend more than a cosmetologist... knowing her for about a decade now, she's really good at what she's doing, I usually visit her just for some deep cleaning job of my skin, and sometimes a laser treatment for a small spot on my face, super friendly, funny, and most importantly, a reasonable price... and doesn't push clients to buy stuff... instead, she often gives samples of that top Korean line... give it a try and you won't be disappointed

Thank you Jessica for doing my makeup and hair. Last time was for my wedding. This time, for my baby shower! Another beauty session. Another special moment of my life. Thank for making me beautiful for a few hours. Hahaha!

The store has a good selection of Japanese and Korean skin care and cosmetics with reasonable price. I bought a Korean made BB cream, cleanser and toner. Good products. Great customer service. Will go back for more.

I first saw this place when I was driving up El Camino Real. I pass by this place on the opposite site of the road when I drive home from the train station every day. One day I decided to go check this place out. Boy was I in for a treat! I was greeted upon entrance, and was told that there were plenty of testers and to let her know if I had any questions. They definitely had a lot of products there, and almost every item that they sold had a tester before you can buy, since they don't do refund nor exchanges. I was impressed by their selections of K-Beauty brands and Japanese brands as well. They had a lot of hard to find stuff, and some stuff that I've never seen before. I wish they carried more Innisfree products, but I am definitely recommending this place to others!

Best customer service and explain products in depth. Also they have a lot of products that are hard to come by unless you purchase online so it's great they have it in stock.
