The doctor is exceptionally professional and truly compassionate with patients. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about them. Patients say they feel comfortable and well taken care of. She works late into the night to complete referral letters and is efficient, thorough, and quick in giving advice that actually works. The office speaks both Mandarin and English. The doctor spends time discussing health issues and even calls patients after office hours if needed. She carefully follows up on every checkup and is supported by an excellent team. Patients trust her and recommend her highly as a primary care physician.
Dr. Ling's staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Ling has suggested prescription medicine to me, but gives me the freedom of choice as to whether I want to take them.
