They’re usually very good, but there was one stylist I’d be cautious about. She has distinctive fake eyebrows and may be of African descent. Unfortunately, my haircut from her came out uneven—one side was faded while the other wasn’t, and the back was also misaligned.

Very unhappy with service here. They charge way too much for haircuts, they did nothing to help me find a coupon online even though I asked for help. I won't go back here again

Brought a friend here, Reeta Was extremely friendly and inviting let the stylist do whatever she thought looked good and she did a great job my buddy was looking sharp and feeling good Reeta Is best and gave the superb Haircut!

I asked employee if I could use my coupon.
He said yes. I tried to show it to him on my phone, he said we’ll do it after the cut.
Then afterwards he looks and says “we can honor it here”. I said that’s why I wanted to show it to you before.
Haircut was ok, but I wouldn’t have gone to that location if the coupon wasn’t going to be honored.
Great Clips in Millbrae need to train their employees better.

I have been getting my hair cut by Linda at Great Clips in Millbrae for several years. Prices are very reasonable. Linda does a great job with layer cuts. I highly recommend her.
Stylist: Linda is the stylist I always request. I like lots of layers in my hair & she gives me great haircuts.

I had surgery on my face and came in to get my hair washed. After getting my hair washed, the employee scrapes my hair with a towel like I'm a dog which is basically asking for breakage. My hair was also extremely knotty and tangled, he couldn't comb through it. I ended up walking out with wet hair. When I wash my own hair this never happens, even with different products. It took ten minutes of reapplying conditioner and leave ins to untangle it. I also noticed the roots on the inside of my hair were still oily. Don't waste your time. I know it's not expensive but it's really dumb how the employees here can't do basic things. The price tag means it's not salon quality but this shouldn't be an invitation for the employees to throw all hair rules out the window.
