My room was next to the street so rather noisy. But the room was nice and clean and the desk was friendly and accommodating when I asked for a blanket. DO NOT choose the room service though...it took 1 1/2 hrs to get my food and 3 calls. It was delivered to the door with NO knock...my paste and garlic bread were cold. I was glad for the microwave in the room!

This hotel was absolutely perfect for my needs. First - free shuttle from the airport at regular intervals. Uber and taxis are silly-expensive, so just having the shuttle will save you a bunch.
Check-in was quick with friendly staff that made it easy. You can leave your luggage in a secure room while sightseeing. Breakfast was just fine - scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, English muffins, blueberry muffins- was great for me. The room was clean and comfortable.
I stayed here 2 nights - one while arriving in SF for vacation and one when leaving. I would gladly do so again next time I am in the area.

Check in was easy, person at front desk very friendly & helpful. Room was very basic, hair on floor in bathroom. The worst was the noise !! Listening to the cars all night long. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great location with free airport shuttle to SFO, the grounds are lovely, very nice pool, with the gym located in a pool house type setting. Typical La Quinta breakfast. Would return.

I booked airport parking here specifically after calling ahead to confirm the shuttle schedule. I was told the morning shuttle I needed left at 5:45 AM, but when I arrived, I was informed it actually left at 5:30 AM. When I brought this up at the front desk, the employee was extremely rude and denied the misinformation entirely. I would have happily can earlier if I was given correct information.
I reached out to management afterward and have received no assistance.
To make matters worse, the same employee told me that shuttles run every 45 minutes, so I waited outside for the afternoon shuttle, only to find out (after calling again) that they don’t run shuttles in the afternoon at all. I had confirmed shuttle availability ahead of time and was still given completely incorrect information multiple times.
The woman I spoke with on the phone was also rude and combative, insisting I had been told the correct times, which is simply not true. I have screenshots to prove that I was never given written information and completely misinformed over the phone

The staff at the front desk were very kind and provided detailed explanations.
The hotel breakfast was high quality, and any items that ran out were refilled promptly.
There is a coin laundry room on the first floor, and the underground parking lot seemed safe.
The only downside was that the cookware in the in room kitchen had many scratches, so I was hesitant to use it.
Aside from the cookware, everything else was excellent.

We needed a place to stay close to SFO airport. Nice clean room - very dog friendly. Has a little dog park in front if the hotel & our dog got welcome treats. Breakfast even starts at 4:30 am. Shuttle drivers to airport very friendly. Front desk receptionist on Thanksgiving evening was friendly, helpful - found us a place to eat. Want very authentic Chinese food? 5 min walk to Won Kok Chinese Restaurant - best Cantonese food in the U.S. and as good as food in Guangzhou! Hotel has a beautiful pool plaza in the center area of the hotel grounds. Looks like a mini resort! Work out facility next to it. Reception has a BIG selection of food, drinks, snacks and microwave meals & ramen. Sushi bar restaurant connected to this hotel. Highly recommend this well-managed hotel!

The room was clean enough, but for some reason they put us in a second building, far from where you have to check in. You pass by an unfenced, unlit train yard, where anyone could just be waiting to grab you. We got stuck in the elevator for twenty minutes (which did not have its maintenance certificate posted, mind you) and it seriously kept wobbling like it was going to fall. They finally got us out but it was terrifying

I chose this hotel because of its location, because it offers free breakfast and a bathtub.
Upon checking in I was able to choose between the 1st or 3rd floor. I chose the 3rd and was reassured that it had a bathtub. The room was perfect because the rear window faced the bay and offered a lovely view, off the street, and some privacy. The room was nicely decorated and cheerful.
Once I finally got comfortable in the room I used the bathroom and found it had a shower and not a tub. Not happy. When I requested another room I ended up on the street side. Well, that’s a downgrade. I was advised there were no other rooms with tub on that side (there are 3 floors). I kept the first room they gave me. Very disappointing.
Staff was kind but appeared to be new and not well informed about the rooms.
Will not stay here again.

This is a great place to stay right near the airport. The price is very competitive compared to other places nearby. It’s clean and the bed was comfy. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors quite easily but I’d still stay here again.

The miserliest hotel I was accommodated at. 450 $ the night and they dont even provide a courtesy water on the room. The breakfast very very poor for the quantity of money you pay for. The worst relation quality price ive ever seen.

Hotel near SFO is fully booked. Have to pay 400+ for a normally 150+ room.
Toilet was blocked at night and the same time I got stomach flu. No room to switch and no one is coming for fix before I checked out the next day. Flakey Towel rack can be pulled from wall, thin wall…
Not a pleasant stay at all
