The staff here is incompetent, they are always trying to rush you out, I've overheard kieth the manager talking poorly about customers and other staff saying things like "they need to use their brains" it's a bad environment, full of hurtful people.

We have shopped here a lot but in a recent experience these guys brought a grandmother to the brink of tears for no reason. Arrogant, rude, and unhelpful. Listen, before you speak. You can do better Kelly-Moore!

I can't say enough good things about my experiences visiting the local Kelly Moore store in Millbrae for my recent painting project. Candace and Gloria were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I visited the store three times for this project, each time with various questions and color swatches for paint matching. They took the time to look back in their color log books from several years ago to find the original color palette I had used but could no longer locate. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my color choices. Candace was particularly helpful in color matching. She has a great eye! Gloria took customer service up a notch by carrying the paint cans to my car. Their expertise helped me get the job done right.

I have been working on an interior Painting project at my home in South San Francisco. Gloria, Keith & Mark have been advising myself & my Daughter as to what grade & colors of paint to purchase. Gloria & Mark have helped us over in the paint sample area. Keith advised me to buy the 4 pack of Frog Tape as opposed to buying one roll for $12.99, the multi-pack, being less expensive. Mark explained to me the paints that are refundable & non-refundable (unopened & with receipt). He also advised me to purchase a five-gallon container of the Semi Gloss, Whitest White, since I will be using that in both of my Restrooms & on baseboards, etc. All three Employees have been more than helpful, & friendly. Gloria has continued these same Customer Service attributes when I have called to ask her questions. Gratefully yours, Marilyn K.

Worked with two different employees and both were really sweet, super helpful and offers advice about how to use the supplies I bought. I don't normally give 5 stars but I left this store feeling really good, so this post was worth my time.

While some reviews state that KM paint is of average "contractor grade" I don't paint enough to know...I come here for an exterior paint color which a painter used many years ago. I buy the acri shield paint to freshen up the paint. It might be a better product than the painter used in the first place (dark grey fades fast). The service here is great, parking is easy, and the prices on other supplies rival the big stores. If and until I have a better idea I shall return...

Worst store I have been to in a long time. The manager is rude with customers and employees. He refused to wear a mask and yelled at a customer when she kindly reminded him to wear one. He assured me my paint would be ready and had a cocky tone with me over the phone. When I showed up it was not ready and the employees were so slow. They were unaware of who was in line and waiting. Avoid this location and hopefully they will either get their act together or close.
