I went to the Lucid Studio for a previously scheduled test drive of the car with intention to purchase. As a luxury car I would have expected a luxury purchase experience. Unfortunately that was not my experience -1. I arrived in an EV and asked if they could charge my car while I was taking a test drive - the answer was that they only have a couple of chargers and they could not! Clearly this is completely unacceptable for an EV company at their Bay Area service and delivery center - I suggest Lucid management fix this asap.2. The greeting was what I would expect in MacDonald’s, not a luxury brand - no offer of a drink or any attempt to get to know me or any explanation of the Lucid brand and what they are trying to achieve. I suggest Lucid management think about the purchase experience.3. The information provided verbally did not align with the information on the website - Lucid needs to have the same information communicated through all the communication channels.4. Finally there was nothing to take away after the test drive - even though they had Lucid merchandise like travel cups on display nothing was offered to make the experience memorable not even a brochure!In summary if Lucid are trying to sell a $100k + car they need to have a luxury experience not a McDonalds experience. Lots of work to do here.

Very helpful staff through all the stages of purchase, from kicking tires, to the test drive, and to the final delivery. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the teamwork was very good. Very helpful staff on the day of the delivery/pickup.Initial impression about this car on the first day is very satisfactory.However, within the first 2 weeks the Lucid Air Grand Touring has frustrating issues:1. The FREE charging at Electrify America is not working for me since day 1. I drove to six different charging locations and none worked. I spent numerous phone calls with Lucid Service and Customer Care personnel, as well as Electrify America Customer Care personnel. All I heard is that they blamed each other company and denied that it is their problem. Hopefully, Lucid team would be able to solve the problem soon.2. Quality issues:a. The carpet lining in the FRUNK is already separate from theattachment wall on the second day. POOR assembly joband quality control!b. The retractable main computer screen/console failed toretract / extend after 2.5 weeks with only 2 or 3 testactivations/usage. UNRELIABLE parts!This review is for the overall satisfaction with the car and Lucid service. so far It is a 2 stars. I will update this review regularly when issues get resolved or additional issues arise.First edit:The above 3 issues were fixed after about 2 months.Additional issues within 3 months after delivery:3.The interior became very noisy with rattling and creaking noises shortly after delivery. It took the Rocklin service team 2 service trips to eliminate most of it. The steering wheel creaking noise is not fixable (weird!). I was told it will be replaced with new wheel version in the future (unknown availability).4.The interface module for the cameras and the computer had intermittent issue and was replaced after several week’s waiting for part.5.The lining of the rear trunk also separated from the attachment wall and was replaced.6.The driver’s profile settings for seats did not work. No solution from service team. I decided to reset the software to manufacturing level and redone the setup. That solved the issue.Despite all that issues, the LUCID CAR is now quite enjoyable. I prefer the LUCID Grand Touring over our Tesla model S.I would give the Rocklin LUCID team 4.5 stars for their effort. Overall rating is 4.

Great experience and knowledgeable advisor. We had the privilege in meeting Amber. She was awesome and took time to show us the show room and answer several questions we had. She also had no problem with us trying out the trunk and the frunk with our strollers. She was very patient with our toddler and at the end of the tour we made a reservation!!!!! Thank you! Can’t wait to test drive the car next time!!!!

Really beautiful studio and helpful staff who seem genuinely passionate about the car. My sales consultant Amber was extremely professional and helpful in answering all of my questions about the car and facilitating a test drive. Other staff members were welcoming and engaging as well. Five stars!
