I've been there a few occasions. This time for smog test. They said it can be done in 30min. But after showing the coupon from their website, it turned out to a different story, asking hard copy of the coupon(didn't ask last time), can only be done next day as I said I will come back with a copy of the coupon. What a way to lose a customer.

Absolutely do not come here for car repairs. The prices are extremely high, and the service is terrible. You will have the worst experience here!

The folks here are absolutely wonderful. I came here twice and each time I was greeted with attentiveness and kindness. The first time I came here it was because my car was saying there was uneven tire pressure. I was a little nervous because I have never had to pump air in my tire before AND the air pump machine outside was blocked by other cars parked around it. When I pulled up to the air pump, someone came out of the garage and had me pull the car up to the main garage. He checked my tires, filled up the air, measured the pressure in each and sent me on my way. That weekend, the car alert came back on so I brought it back a second time and turns out there was a nail in the tire. I pulled the car up, explained what happened, they checked the tire, patched it up and sent me off. Both times they were great - very prompt and courteous. They did a great job (it has been 6 months and my tire is still holding up!) and they helped at a more than reasonable cost. I would highly recommend!

I want to express my utmost dissatisfaction with this auto repair shop. I've been here twice, and both times were nothing short of disastrous. The first time, I needed a coolant replacement, and they had the audacity to charge me $230 for the service. I did some inquiries at nearby auto repair shops, and I found out that the same coolant replacement would cost only $70 elsewhere.But that's not the worst of it. They quoted me over $500 to change the transmission fluid when I could get it done for just $150 at another place. Their customer service is abysmal, especially that overweight Asian guy with glasses and the Mexican mechanic with flashy gold teeth. They try to convince you that perfectly fine parts need replacement, just to squeeze more money out of you. It's a complete rip-off!I heard from neighbors that this shop recently got new management, and their business practices have taken a turn for the worse. Avoid this place like the plague!

I was looking for a shop to install an after market part for my car but they did not want to install it since they don’t offer this type of service. When asked for a recommendation to another shop, they didn’t offer one. Not very helpful or offer any suggestions.

I would have given it 5 stars if the staff didn't call out for me to give my phone number. They should have customers write down the number on paper or ask them to show on their phone. As a woman, I do not want my phone number to be spoken out loud when there are other customers within earshot. Unfortunately, personal privacy and safety are both extra important when it comes to women, and businesses should be more aware of that.

Great, no frills kind of place. Came in because my check engine light came on and started to get worried. Needed a part replaced, and was able to get it fixed here. I also came back for a smog check because of the great service I received here. The owner is honest and straight forward. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

This is an excellent business establishment in Millbrae for auto repair. Thomas and Sunny are very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to customer and cars. I took all my 4 Toyotas (10yrs/11 yrs/13yrs and20yrs) here for major and minor problems. Very happy for their service and time promised pick up of you made appts. Honest and reasonable charge.
