Sign clearly said they close at 6pm. I arrived at 5:40 pm. Doors were locked. I had a question and knocked on the window like 3 times. One lady right in front of me didn’t even look my way. Another lady appeared and said that they were closed. I told her that I had a question and she said she couldn’t open the door. I used to purchase a few items here before when they were named Numis. They’ve really gone downhill. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere folks.

Have hours posted that close at 6 but make sure you arrive plenty of time before then because closed sign is at least 10 min early and the service seems to stop around that time also. It was hard to even get the person working inside to even acknowledge that you are outside since she was trying to avoid eye contact that they were in fact closed early. Horrible service another employee couldn't take a second to hear a question just said not on the clock, never missing a beat in her steps. The question could have been answered while on the clock but that service ends early. I understand that was close to closing and normally like to not push it so close so I accepted that was the chance I took but the unwillingness to even want to make eye contact or hear and give a quick answer for possible future business definitely made sure that would never visit again. Definitely the worst potential customer service I have come across.

Called to ask some questions and they just hung up the phone. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I believe her name was Liz.

They left a voicemail to remind me i have till the following day before 5pm to get my bracelet. So the following day i called before 5 saying i will come to get my bracelet but the rude lady who answered the phone told me I wont be able to get my bracelet because the day before was my last day. Even i explained to her that someone who works there left a voicemail and gave me til that day before 5 and so I did (was trying) but she was rude to me over the phone like she that high over me and firmly told me that i cant get my jewelry back.until this day i just found out that all pawnshop in california should have a 10 to 15 days grace period for the customer to get their items. Being in that bussiness for how many years this people should know that! Unless somebody there want my items and get it for themselves. Who would not want it? They lowball me in that beautiful jewelry im sure they can get it with hell of a deal! I will never recommend this place. I will never recommend this place. Stuck up employee here and they will lowball you.

If I could give them a -5 I would. They give you low ball offers on jewelry and if you ask them what it's actually worth they want to charge you for it. They are the same people from Millbrae Jewelers who closed down, I'm sure because of a bad reputation. Years back they were featured on the news as being the worst jewelers to go to.
From my own experience any time I went into that jewelry store they were rude. They think highly of themselves and want to treat their customers like they're garbage.
It's the same store with a different name same rude people. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM HERE!! Do your homework and find somewhere else.

Unprofessional spanish lady. Asian people trying to go in and shes making alot of side comments like she doesnt want them to come in. Very unwelcoming. Makes me feel uncomfortable eventhough its not toward me. I use to come here alot like every week. I avoided coming here for a long while. I hope shes not the owner yayks ?

Original owners sold their business. I brought in a ring to replace a diamond that had fallen out and was lost. They put in a diamond and disfigured the rest of the ring in the process. When I asked if they would repair all the damage they replied that they had provided the service I originally requested. Stay away. The new owners have no integrity. I am so disappointed as this was a place I had done business with multiple times in the past with complete satisfaction. No more.........STAY AWAY from this business!

I went there two times a day to get my chains back n they said no cuz i dont have a physical id with me that dont make sense if i have the contract with me along with all the money i left the place and then i talked over the phone that i am gonna be on time n she said if you will be here even minute before we take to in and i got there 3 mi. Early that time she start talkin from the glass didnt even let me in n wasted time talking instead of helping me they should know the value of time or better staff that know how to take care of customer poor way of talking changes along with time

Severe waste of time.I asked questions over the phone beforehand. I arrived expecting to only get about 40% of actual value. I left their mid tier pawn shop wondering how a Craigslist low baller got an actual business.

I am old customer there for two yrs. I try to buying a jewellery this afternoon , mr Tony is too rough for me. And ask me to go out of our shop . Call to police to come let me run away . I am strong to complain the customer service in this shop in Millbrea. I ask for talk with is boss, they said the I am not do a business with you. I recommend no go there.

I have been a customer of Numis International & the now newly owned Numis for a long time. I bought many vintage jewelry pieces with Numis International and I'm absolutely happy with my buy and with everyone's expertise like Tony, Terry & Al including Jacob. I find that their vintage jewelry pieces were beautiful, authentic, and reasonably priced. They have absolute professional pleasant customer service. I like their direct approach in doing their assessment with their pieces of jewelry. It is not being rude it is just being honest. I was very surprised when Numis International sold their business and continue to miss them. I am glad to see the former employees stayed with the new ownership. However, I am missing all the beautiful vintage jewelry pieces that was with the former Numis Inernational.
