This location is either closed or their business hours are incorrect.
Currently stated to be open until 6pm on weekdays, visiting before then showed all the lights out, doors locked, and the store empty.
Hours on the door stated the same hours as Google Maps, and yet the doors were locked.
Don’t recommend visiting given my experience.

I needed some help understanding the undertones of my exterior paint options for an investment property. The sales person named Andrew was the best help to get what I needed, including samples to test on the house.

Excellent service after a poor experience at another location. I brought paint that I had purchased from a different SW store to be lightened. Jack was very pleasant and was clear that he couldn't be absolutely certain that the final color would be what I wanted because he would just be adding white, rather than altering the whole formula. I accepted that. He did a great job and was very professional.

This SW location is great. The store manager was attentive and helpful as we were working on a short timeframe to get the exterior of our house painted. They went above and beyond and as a result the house looks great. Great paint and people. 10/10 would do business with them again.

After arriving with 40 minutes to spare before closing the Millbrae store I assumed that was enough time to return some deck stain purchased there. Unfortunately, 2 customers needed lots of customer service (samples, mixing etc.) had used up the time and at closing (5pm). Associate Josh Cruz didn't want to help me - or the other customer that also waited 35 minutes to be helped. We couldn't believe it. He could have told us he wasn't going to help us earlier than 5pm. He FINALLY agreed, and, ironically, my transaction took 3-4 minutes and the other customer 4-5 minutes. There's is something deeply wrong with a retail associate that won't help a customer waiting 40 minutes before closing time. He needs another type of job.
